I recently applied to this apartment complex. Its website was advertising a unit available in the near future. After applying, I reached out to check on my application. The service rep said there is no availability and there's a 2-year wait for all apartments. He refused to refund the application fee. What kind of business operates this way? Why would they advertise an unavailable unit, take people's application money, and then refuse to refund it?

There internet is bad and they fine you for almost everything you do and its a disaster nice people around but alot of dramma and cops outside i do Not recommend living here they also refuse to sign the contract to pair up with comcast so it has slow internet the reason they dont want to is cus comcast wants them to sign a pair up for for 10 years but they will only do it if its 3 years or less so i dont recommend this place

Eagle Villas is an excellent place to live, we have been living here for almost 6 years and we have never had any problems, the person is very attentive, thank you very much

Tomy and the maintenance crew are the best! Knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They do their very best to address any questions or work orders in a timely manner. The bedrooms and closets are a very decent size and the price is reasonable in comparison to other areas. Great place to live! Thank you guys for all you do :)

Without a doubt I love living here, very quiet green areas for children to spend an afternoon with the family cooking outdoors activities for children that are provided in the office by the entire team at Eagle Villas, very friendly Tomy in the office, the maintenance staff

I lived here for 18 months and loved IT! The rooms are espacios, the view is great and the Office workers are nice and helpfull. The property was clean and the mainents where always there to help with a good attitude. They try for our comunity to be united and make fun activities for kids and families, when I lived there they had art clases once a week and all the neighbors were really friendly, they made easter, thanksgiving, Halloween, holiday activities so most of US knew eachother so that's nice when raising a family, and also Every monday the food bank vives them groceries for people in need. ❤
