What happened to FedEx in Eagle County. The last 3 shipment I received an email alert that they would be delivered on schedule. Then day of, I got a delay notice. Then next day another delay notice. I pay a premium and end up with service as bad as USPS

Prior to COVID this Fedex location was amazing. Since, they have fallen off the rails. The location needs a full top to bottom overhaul or FedEx Corporate should just close it down. Yes I’m saying that no FedEx in Eagle would be better than one that is run as poorly as this one.

Poor management, a blight on the FedEx brand. Packages usually end up stuck at this facility in a loop. Website says “out for delivery” or “delay” for weeks and it never moves from this location. Try calling and nobody answers. Show up and they will likely be closed. See pictures.

We routinely use FedEX to ship many of our weekly outgoing parcels. Choose another location if you need any other assistance than a simply package dropoff. The customer service at this location is abhorred. I recently asked for a small piece of tape--I needed four inches to patch up one corner of my parcel--Alonso said that I could either buy a full roll or go back to my office and get tape. I asked if I could have a piece from his roll on the counter and he repeated again what he said. I drove back to my office and came back to send the package. Perhaps this is a simple store policy, I understand, however the genuine lack of concern coupled with unjustified condescension from his part was unprofessional and uncalled for.

This place has held my overnight package for three days now. The driver “attempted” to deliver it today but didn’t actually try. Customer service promised they would have it redelivered and did not.

New driver so lazy they left a 150lb delivery at the bottom of a driveway hill that services 3 homes instead of delivering to the actual home! Just left it in the road! Worst service ever. Do not give them your business.

Why call me to tell me I have 5 days to pick up my package when you send it back to the shipper within 3? Make it make sense.
