ERIN at the FedEx Office on the VERY EAST END of Chambers Ave. in Eagle, Colorado was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL AND NICE!!! Erin went out of her way to help me, by printing the RETURN shipping label from an email attachment on my phone! She discovered that the return label was Actually a shipping label for the United States Post Office! and advised me to drop off my package to the Eagle Post Office! Thank you Erin, for excellent customer service and helping me get my package delivered safely through the right channels!

This FedEx shipping center does not even deserve a one star rating! They let live animals die due to the new manager Fernando being an unreasonable person. My husband went up to pick up the animals twice. I called corporate twice. I am very beyond upset! It would be NICE to have someone higher up contact me.

Requested CB on the main support line 2 times to get an ETA and give delivery instructions. Never received it, they postponed the deliver. The people on the main line are clueless. Awful service tbh.

Use USPS or UPS. Multiple deliveries and constantly at the wrong address, or I have to call customer service to go pick it up at the facility.

Dropped my package in the drop box at Eagle Fedex facility at 8:00 am. Package received an exception "package received after final location pickup has occurred." The drop box was apparently never checked all day! My mother's birthday gift will not arrive on time. Very disappointing!!!

These guys do this all the time. Our address includes our unit number, D203. Apparently they think that it just means ‘the vestibule outside the elevator of building D’ ! I wish that I could get all of our vendors to use UPS instead. FedEx is constantly dropping of damaged packages as well. It’s like Ace Ventura Pet Detective delivery for more packages than not.

Worst FeDEx station in US. Drivers leave packages in snow at bottom of driveway. Too lazy to take up to porch stoop. UPS driver delivers TO THE FRONT DOOR as one might expect from an excellent company.

One person working at this center. They say they have no drivers and thousands of packages in the shipping center but no way to find one except by hunting through the pile. Lady ahead of the line waited two hours for the one employee to find her package.

The Young man behind the counter couldn't give my friend her discount, I can't believe it. It's probably because he's salty he didn't get the buddy system, they also refuse to deliver to Chihuahua

stated package delivered - no signature required......and in traditional FEDex and UPS style....no package found at my door...seriously!! Betting the drivers swindle our packages for personal use. Why is it so difficult to get these drivers to deliver our packages here in Edwards?

I went there on Friday 3/20 and the young man who was working the counter was awesome! He help me package everything correctly, was efficient and quick and was kind.
