“The room did not have the heater on when we arrived at our room so it was extremely cold. But once the heaters were turned on it warmed up quickly. When I needed another blanket, the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and brought me two extra blankets for my room. The front desk staff was also able to change rooms for us because the TV in our original room was not large enough for our preference.”

“The staff here is wonderful! I loved the Christmas vibe. I can't believe what a good price we got on a two story room with 3 beds and a pullout couch in it! We're able to sleep our family of 6 easily and still have some privacy. Amenities were great and fully functional. Are the rooms a little outdated and the threadcount of sheets and pillows kind of scratchy? A bit. But I'd love to stay here again.”
