“After spending hours trying too fix my phone after I installed what proved to be a corrupt QR app, I called the AT&T store in Eagle. Being a Sunday, I got their machine. I didn't know their hours or if they were even open, so I didn't leave a message. In just a short time I got a call from Nic at the store. He saw I had called & returned my call. I took my phone in right away. In trying to fix my phone, it had been totally taken over by notices to do first one thing then another to the point I couldn't even use it. Nic had it fixed & returned to normal in less than 15 minutes. He didn't even address the fact that I did it myself. I highly recommend Nic if you have a problem. I am a very happy customer.
