Performance Automotive Center is a locally owned and operated independent Auto Repair Shop that offers full-service auto repair by appointment only. They do not provide roadside assistance, towing, same-day flat repair, walk-in service, heavy-duty diesel/tractor-trailer service, body work, or windshield services. However, their gas pumps and car wash are open 24/7. According to the reviews, the staff at Performance Automotive Center are praised for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and ethical practices. Customers have highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the front-desk staff, as well as the competence and care of the technicians, particularly Jake and Ian. One customer was grateful for the shop's assistance in addressing a car issue during a road trip, while another appreciated the team's help in removing a large piece of sheet metal that had become stuck in their daughter's car. The reviews also mention the shop's ability to diagnose and repair various issues, such as a head gasket problem, as well as their honesty in providing recommendations that saved a customer a significant amount of money. Overall, Performance Automotive Center is highly recommended by its customers for its reliable and trustworthy services.
