Joan was fantastic. She returned our calls promptly, was available for myriads of questions, met us at 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday to accommodate our out-of-town schedule and got all paperwork prepared quickly. While we ultimately decided not to go through with the offer on the property (just can't stand HOA's!), it had nothing to do with the service we received from Joan and Team Black Bear. Highly recommended!
