Kudos to all the patient and helpful people who are working here, very understaffed in a town that is growing by the day. I enjoy running into people while I'm waiting in line.It would be great to have mail delivery one day!!

This post office is really bad. My last town had a population of 9500 and a smaller post office and things ran smoothly. This place just sends your stuff back

The employess at the front desk are amazing! Serving so many Eagle residents has to be exhausting and at times very overwhelming. They know many of their customers by name and always willing to assist in getting the mail and packages. I admire and thank them for what they do.

This is the worst post office ever. My mom and I had gone to ask for passport papers and there was only one woman working (which she was the nice one.) and then another random lady appeared and she had told us to come up. We asked if we could get the passport papers and she interrupted us and said “no, you know what we had stopped doing those for a long time. Where have you been?” And my mom had said “oh well do you know where we could get some ?” And she responded with “no I don’t and I don’t care no move” and she literally put her hand on my mom and shoved me and her aside.. i have strong anger issues and im so glad my mom was there to stop me. I would’ve slapped her.

They are very rude and one of the lady’s was being racist and ignored everything that we were saying to her and pushed us out without any help

No, 2 stars is way more then they deserve. When we moved here we were told address is Name, x Box # in case it is a package (we don't get service at the house) so John Smith, X2342. Without notice, it was changed to Name, P.O. Box #. If you didn't have the P, the O and the word box- you didn't get mail. So then it had to be John Smith, P.O. Box 2342. Now, again, without notice, we are supposed to use Name, # so John Smith, 2342. No x, no PO and no Box. I swear they make this up so they don't have to deliver any mail.

No mailboxes in Eagle county..you are forced to pay for a PO Box which causes extra confusion with shipping, slow service, long lines, mis-delivered mail and multiple packages that have arrived without notifying us.

Absolutely the Worst post office I ever had to deal with. They lose mail, deliver mail that isn't mine, and the worst thing they have done on many occasions is return very important mail back to the sender.if you have a choice don't deal with them

This location has always worked well for me and the employees are polite. The wait depends on the time of day.

USPS does keep this office under staffed, however, the staff are always pleasant, willing to help, and offer kindness. They work through the line when picking up packages rather quickly. They have a good working system, and I’d love to see the reviews work their way back up because 2 stars is rough and solidly untrue.

Staff is kind. However, I always have to add an extra day to my delivery estimates due to packages not being sorted on time.

Time for a town this size to get physical mail delivery, getting harder to park, longer lines.

The fairly new postmaster at the Eagle Post Office is down right rude and self righteous and calling me a liar. I have had the same PO Box for 26 yrs. Went to pick up mail and we are locked out for not renewing. Told we received two notices…we Never received ONE notice let alone two. I know the routine to renew once I receive a notice. We never received a notice and there was not one concession that possibly they made a mistake. Threatened me and told me you must have thrown the notices out. Basically calling my husband and I liars. Wow. The only saving grace was the very kind clerk who acknowledged us and knew we have been here for 26 years. Had to pay for new keys. Eagle is no longer the small town I moved too 26 years ago. We all knew each other by name. The two good ones left are taking a lot of abuse because of the short staffing and a very unreasonable postmaster. Kindness and understanding goes along ways. And owning up to a possible mistake goes miles.
