“One of those shiny spots in the gritty end of town.
There's a lot of delightfully cheap stuff here, even brand name stuff at a discount.
As with everywhere I go, it's the people that make it for me, and the people here seem to smile a lot. If you look the least bit like you can't find something, an employee will generally show up and offer assistance.
Lots of smiles in the checkout. You make a guy feel welcome.”

“The team at this store helped me to help a customer in need of 15 white balloons. . It was a busy weekend with graduations and your could tell they had been very busy but their store, even in the slight dismay, looked awesome and clean and they were polite and helpful.”
“Friendly staff. Responsible management that is trained in "cage fighting" . He looks out for the safety of his customers. Other staff too puts cameras on customer with possible gun panhandling, like vatos asking if they know me when they don't. Besides the boxes of inventory stacked in the aisles, they're still the cheapest dollar store in town for nonfood items. Food king is cheapest for groceries. I don't like shopping at stores that sell weapons like pawn shops.”

“I shop here on a daily basis as it is the only shopping within walking distances and they have a pretty good basic overall selection and always have really awesome last minute sales and clearances on clothes and home goods ! Let’s be honest here folks things are strapped for most financially and this is a fine store to meet in the middle!”

“4 stars.. no star for the sour puss of a manager(think her name is Michelle?) Man, if she hates her job that bad she shouldn't be there. I think her face would break if she ever cracked a smile. Rudest so called manager I've ever encountered. She looks miserable and as looks as if she hates life. I feel bad for whoever has to work a shift with her I bet it's hell. All other employees there are sweet and welcoming!”
