Waited 30 minutes to check out at 6:30 on a Friday. They wouldn’t open another register. I asked why. I was told they had already counted the cash drawers. Why are you closing your cash drawers with over an hour and half left of business hours.
Ace Hardware continues to disappoint. I’ll drive to Home Depot from now on.

Jamez and Sarah handled our challenging situation with incredible patience and exceptional customer service. They communicated well throughout the process and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and we truly appreciated how hard they worked to help us. We would gladly work with them again!

This store is actually great and so are the staff, although it has taken a long time to check out as a nonprofit org.
I visited this Ace with a Final Letter of Declaration, a certificate of Good standing and a letter explaining I am selective mute. I have a diagnosis for autism and warrants special communication needs. I am in therapy for this condition and sometimes it isn't easy to navigate.
I arrived to the Ace with a document describing what I needed respectfully and kindly without speaking and their manage refused to help just for lack of patience. Possibly a bad day but not a pleasant interaction nevertheless.
She acted very frustrated and inconvenienced because of my communication style. I am just a customer who will be there for maybe 15 minutes and only wanted some glue for a project but the situation was escalated unnecessarily.
Other than that particular manager, on that specific day, the store is great. I have shopped here for 3.5 years.

Edge water Ace is well stocked and the associates are friendly and know the location of all of the products in the store. I’ll be back!
