Stopped in to get a new family plan, Tevon helped me out big time! He got me the best de for what I needed, professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude. If you need somebody to help you out, he’s definitely got your back. He even stayed late and prolonged his training session to help me out. Big win for me and much appreciated.

Max was extremely helpful and patient when I came in stressed about my phone breaking. He walked us through using the AT&T app and gave us options about next steps in a way that I really appreciated.

My daughter and I went to the Edgewater AT&T store to transfer her Apple Watch number from Verizon to AT&T (under my existing account) and activate an iPhone we brought. Desirae M. instantly greeted us when we walked in and after she finished with the customer she was helping, brought a chair so we could sit together and go through the process. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable, even when we had to call the Verizon account holder to get the account number and transfer PIN. The process was smooth and it took a lot less time than I was anticipating. Thank you, Desirae! You are an example of what great customer service should look like every time.

Trevon was great! I was greeted with a smile and he efficiently solved my wireless service issues as I had no cell service for a day. He was able to identify the issue and explain what happened. He was also attentive to greeting other customers while working through my needs as he was the only employee present at the time. Thank you!

Tevon provided excellent service to my wife and me when we came in to finish our move to AT&T. After getting myself confused about transferring service to new phones and watches I brought the whole mess in to the shop and Tevon straightened it all out with patient cheerful guidance. And he managed to help other customers at the same time. What a relief.
