Terrible service from the point I walked in , after waiting, the guy helps me, doesn’t introduce himself or nothing I definitely didn’t feel comfortable , he hurried up and signed me off with a SIM card , I didn’t even need once I got my phone . I called every day to cancel my service only for them to tell me I can’t , up until I finally talked to 611 telling me I had 14 days to cancel the service and after that the send my bill off to collections . Which is crazy because nobody explained this to be before or after he signed me off with this SIM card that never got took out the package . Thanks to him I gotta dispute their charge of my credit lol . Just be aware and ask hella questions before you guys leave the store with a purchase .

BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT SERVICESThe girl that works there signed me up for AT&T Protect Advantage ($17/mo) and Next Up ($5/mo) without my consent when I upgraded my phone.A quick search online reveals this is a common tactic amongst AT&T sales people.Evidently, it’s based on a verbal consent so they can just say you signed up for it even though you didn’t and jack up your bill.Very sleazy practice by the girl who works there.Will be contacting the Colorado Attorney General Consumer Protections Division along with the registered agent of the business (it’s not owned by AT&T)

I enjoyed an exceptional and excellent customer service experience with Marko and Stella on 12/6/2024. Marko seamlessly guided me through multiple upgrade options and deals after my previous malfunctioned without notice.Additionally, when I had to return to navigate activation barriers he and Stella seamlessly guided me through my problem.Great store, even better staff, certainly reccomend this team for any of your service needs.

This place is a joke. Husband and I went yesterday to trade in our phones and waited for almost 15 minutes to not even be acknowledged. Two younger females were working, solely focusing on another younger gentleman and discussing his dating life and how his girlfriend should know better.We ended up leaving without ever being even greeted. Came back again today to try again and the door was locked with a post-it saying a return time. The store hours are clearly 10-8. I wasn’t going to sit around for 20 minutes for no one to even come when they said they would. Such a waste of a storefront.

Had the best customer service I’ve received in a while. Went in to look at some prices&considering switching companies. I was greeted& welcomed within seconds. Attended by a young man and young lady that mentioned she was in training. Left with all my questioned answered and definitely felt at ease walking out the door. Great workers, good customer service and a laugh.

I was about to change services but thanks to an employee with great knowledge ?? saved the day and got me the exact phone I wanted! I believe her name was Jade? Long story short I’m telling all my friends / family about my experience and hopefully they join the team! I haven’t had a problem since…thank you again for hiring the right people making my life easier

My husband and I went to this location on September 18th,2023 the experience we had was very unprofessional, and disrespectful from the moment I walked in the native looking girl that was working was basically giving me looks that i would be dead for if looks could kill. While being helped by the other worker she grabs her bag and walks off angerily when she comes back out she had on a tube top with her at&t shirt unbuttoned exposing her stomach and what I guess you call a shirt she sits down at the desk leans back in the chair with her feet on top of the desk and starts using her personal phone when I told the worker helping me I would like to see the S23 Ultra she immediately jumped up to say she would look not a big surprise that she comes back to say they didn't have any in stock so they tried down selling me a different model I said no this girl gets on her personal phone again and talks to her personal friend while working so I left to the Lakewood store where these workers told me they didn't have the phone i wanted but guess what they had it and the lady said they had some in stock at the Edgewater location because she only had one and we decided to get one for my husband as well so not only was our experience sour and unprofessional 2 sales walked out of your store that day due to that girls personal and unprofessional attitude towards customers that's what you call a bad apple it probably wasn't the first sale probably won't be the last sale to walk out and for a franchise store I would hope you will address this behavior as workers like that will cost you out of pocket and please tell your workers to put clothes on my kids were with me!

I went to two AT&T stores to exchange a faulty chip at AT&T's own request. At the first store, the attendant informed me that he only sold a chip for the iPhone and insisted on it, even though I questioned whether they really didn't have a chip for Samsung. I left the store on Blake and walked to Sheridan. Everything has changed. Excellent service, fast, courteous and free. Highly recommend. The attendant even apologized to me on behalf of AT&T for the service I received at the other store.

Jaide helped me get a new Iphone on Sunday 08/13 after my phone was stolen the night before. Jaide was so sweet and did whatever she could to make sure I walked out with a new phone. She was very patient and understanding as we had to wait for my dad so we could get in the account and add a new line. Thank you Jaide so much, you were the highlight of that weekend <3

This is my third time at this store and the customer service has been improvin, Marco was great
