It is absolute malpractice and should probably be illegal to have an ATM behind a locked door that closes at 5 while also charging a non-chase ATM surcharge if I use any other ATMs. Terrible, terrible, terrible decision, I'm going to consider banking elsewhere

If I can give - stars I would. Why have an ATM if you can't access it. What an awful experience. Don't go here if you need the ATM. It won't work. So disappointed in this Chase.

I've been with Chase a long time with no problems. But this branch on 17th Ave and Sheridan Blvd. is the worst. The manager was being condescending and extremely rude. They would not cash a cashiers check or even try. Was kicked out of HIS bank. Would not identify himself ,only that he was the manager. I took it to Key Bank. I had no problems cashing it and was told they could have just called to verify and should have cashed it. I started a new account. No monthly fee. Bye Chase!!!!
They don't have a business without customers. Please look into other alternatives. Key Bank gives you a checking and savings at no charge. Stand up. We don't have to deal with this. And to the manager who was rude to me, I will get ahold of your boss and you will be held accountable.

Another useless “new” Chase bank. Multiple office bankers watching tik toks, while one teller actually works. Couldn’t care less about the line of people waiting.
