These people were staggeringly incompetent. I had documents that needed to be uploaded to a different branch and the banker said "I could upload them, but like, I don't know where they would even be" then, after writing down 7500 on a note for a cashiers check he asked how much I wanted it for.. it was comedic but also incredibly disappointing that people handling our money don't have a basic grasp on being a functioning human.

The ATM is closed to the public why do we even bank with CHASE if I cant even deposit money when I need to what is the point I may as well go to another BANK of America doesn't seem to give my GF any issues but all banks should be held accountable for their faulty equipment and procedures

Chase's hours keep getting shorter and shorter and it is getting harder and harder to get in person help.I know that these employees may think that closing early unannounced is not a big deal since it's only a few minutes which if you're Ross or Kohl's or something it's not a big deal if you're a bank and you're the only connection that somebody has to get to their money and you close right when people are getting off of work and trying to race over there a few minutes is a big deal. I have noticed that this location especially does not really value their customers. Like some companies truly care about their customers and not even necessarily go the extra mile but just do you know-your job the correct way(you know stupid things like answer the phone even though their shift ends in ten minutes, staying open for that last minute customer who runs in needing to access their funds instead of closing 13 mins early and then standing around with the other employees and security guard watching people(multiple) run to the door in the pouring rain only to find it locked and turn around clearly upset.Anyways there are some locations that actually care- this is not one of them.

Went to use a ATM and the security guard was gone, normally I insert my bank card to get access to the Bank/ATM but it wouldn't let me inside. I had to spend $3 at the grocery store to get cash back. Chase charges you fees when your bank account is low, or when you use a out of network ATM but when you go to use their ATM you can't get into the building.

The first day of going was great but the following was just a waste of time, the tellers provided information but not in detail, was having rude side conversations about a friend and the I to the side, and was being discreet about the situation at hand.

I've been a chase customer for 20 + years, this branch had some 'private client banker' swindle me into upgrading my account with false and misleading benefits. After talking through the lies he told me, we reverted back. Just bad business here, avoid it and use the telebanking services from Chase. This branch should be an in-and-out burger.

Unprofessional branch. They do not bother answering their phones. Have been calling for thirty minutes and get voice mail. One woman picked up and very clearly pretended that she could not hear me and told me to call another branch just to get rid of me. I called back a few times -- still no answer. These people are lazy that can't be bothered to answer that phone or much less provide any customer service.

Very poor customer service. Not sure why the gals have such an attitude here but it's consistent through out.

This branch is terrible! The door is supposed to unlock 24/7 with a Chase card but NEVER works... always have to go to another branch or pay the fee to withdraw somewhere else.
