The story is too long to tell - Allstate customer service could not even find a document or explanation. Christa finally did, and I was happy we would get it taken care of. But that didn't happen. Getting Christa to communicate at all to help me has been like pulling teeth. I gave her a pass the first few times (she said she had health issues) but she knew I was going out of state and needed this resolved. I called and sent so many emails. In the meantime I received both a cancellation letter and an update to my policy at renewal. So no idea if my policy is being cancelled! And still no word from Christa or Barb at her office (who promised to get back to me in Christa's absence). It's been since October (now end of December) and I am still waiting to hear.

Christa is amazing to work with. She just jumped through hoops to fix a problem another Allstate agent at a different agency created and Christa found a way to save me money and prevent a gap in my coverage. If you want an auto insurance and/or home owners insurance agent that cares, you need Christa Dillions' Allstate Agency and you need Christa Dillon.

Don't ever go with them policy gets up for no reason and when you want to cancel your policy they tell its canceled but it's actually not they just go around and tell you hey we gonna have some one to call you and cancel
