Closed from 130-2pm which is very inconvenient. There were 3 pharmacy staff members there. Staggered lunch breaks for the staff would be helpful for the customers. I was on my own lunch break for work while standing there for 20 minutes waiting for them to assist me, which caused me to be late retuning to work.

Easy to pick up medication and if I just show up and ask for something it’s filled in 15 minutes so I shop at target.

young white girl with short colored hair was so rude and didn't wanna help me use good rx account or coupons and was very rude and disrespectful and dismissive. if you don't want to help people, why work in medicine?

Always short staffed and being abused by customers. Everyone behind the counter is hustling but they don’t have the support they need. I can be the first in line and it takes 20 minutes. I’ll hear them apologize gracefully for the wait and other people still get so upset with them

Unprofessional! Tried to drop off a prescription from my vet. The pharmacy tech had to ask the pharmacist rather than look up the product first. Why? Came back and said they do not fill pet medications. Well, according to their website they will fill them if it's for a human product, which this is! Then I was told they had never heard of it. Bosch and Lomb Miro 128 eye ointment - not an obscure product! The only reason I came here was because the King Soopers pharmacy next door was out of it and would have to order it and I was hoping to pick it up today. Now I know never to come here again!

Trying to transfer a prescription to them is a damn joke so I quit. You just won't be happy until you've completely gone out of business. I refuse (like many people these days) to step foot in your woke door.

This place is absolute garbage. Their phone system is complete trash. Impossible to get a hold of a human. 5 failed attempts working with their trash automated system, their prescription links don’t work, biggest waste of time. I thought Walgreens was bad but at least you can get a person. The rarely have any meds in stock. Total waste. 0 stars for this “business”

do not expect any employee at this pharmacy to do their job without being told to do so. They need their hand held with everything they do. A doctor can call and they won’t listen to their voicemail until you show up and ask them to do so. As far as I know as an adult with a job you’re supposed to actually do your job while working. They are not aware of that. Pick a different pharmacy if you have the choice.

My family has used this pharmacy for almost 20 years, were recently told that because of the current pharmacist, one of my family members uses they can no longer fill a necessary prescription at this location. Not because it's unethical or illegal, the pharmacist just doesn't fill prescriptions from that health care office any longer. They are gatekeeping healthcare, with no legal or ethical basis, and CVS isn't going to do anything about it. Go elsewhere.

Agree with all the recent bad reviews
- the paperwork is completely disorganized
- they cannot figure out billing
- there is only one person at the counter, and so if there is an issue, the entire line will be held up

They are so rude the bigger girl with short hair and glasses and Maria the pharmacist my husband had major back surgery.and showed up there around 1:00 30min before lunch.they refused to fill it.i told them Maria the pharmacist is fast she filled my meds before with in 5min and came at the same time.the girl with the glasses and tattoos on her arm telling tubby is one was so snobby to me.i asked why they can't fill its takes a feed min and I would stay in the front and not wonder off.she says their are people waiting for they refill I looked around and no one was there only me.i told her I have to pickup my granddaughter at 2:30y husband has someone coming to my house to check on my husband I had to be there because he can't walk just had surgery..she smikes at me and says (NO)we are going to lunch with a attitude young girl then I said that's ridiculous and I said well I guess I have to come back and she was rude.did not care.then 5 minutes later she calls my husband and says can't fill until the next day.my husband asked to speak to the pharmacist asked for her name she didn't answer her asked agine and she said maria and he asked why he said okay I guess it wasn't going thru the insurance until then and can't pay cash witch is NOT TRUE..so he had NO PAIN management for almost 24hrs thought i was going to take him to the hospital..but he hung in there..went to go pick up his pills early this time there at 11:45 and they said they discontinued it..I was so confused asked why...they said it was my attitude thats the reason why I couldn't get his meds...that was so wrong I did nothing wrong and this little girl does this to somebody that needs HELP..THAT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW.NOW I CANT FILL HIS MEDS AT ANY CVS....THANKS FOR THAT TO HAVE SOMEONE SUFFER LIKE THAT..THIS NOT RIGHT I THINK THEY MEED TO LOSE THERE JOBS I SO UPSET SEEING WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT THIS.I BEEN A ER nurse FOR 15 years...see what i can do so this dont happen to someone ELSE BECAUSE OF A 18 GIRL THATS LAZY NO HEART

This pharmacy is really friendly and haven’t had any issues. Seems like a lot of individuals leaving negative reviews do not understand the process of how to pick up a prescription or get one filled…do your research people. This team works extremely hard to get things done.
