my husband went in there yesterday around 4-430 just wanted a DECENT FADE lady left a bunch of long hairs and left his right side bald and left side with hair i had to try my best and help him make it better gladly i did but it’s extremely embarrassing how do these people get their license or even have a job still?!?! absurd

My husband just got a haircut here, and the lady cutting his hair was absolutely rude. He asked for a little shorter and she berated him several times that this is a “different haircut” and was rough on this hair after. What an awful way to treat someone. I would avoid this location.

Walk-in asked if there was a wait the lady said there wasn't a wait. Then this guy walked out and said there was going to be a wait cuz he was going to the bank.

Do NOT go there for a haircut! They will mess up a simple haircut. Just pay a little extra and go somewhere else. Never setting foot there again.

I will never go to this place my 9 year old nephew had his forehead cut by a straight edge razor blade who uses a straight edge razor blade on a 9 year old child and then the hair stylist tries to blame it on the child that the child moved why were you using a straight edge razor blade on a child to begin with

Do Not go to Edgewater location!! Inexperienced and careless hair cutter named Adrianna cut my son's forehead with a razor! ( he's 9 & enjoys haircuts! Never moves, so how he got cut like THIS IS BEYOND ME! ) WHY would she use a razor blade on a child?? We have gone to her multiple times!! Never AGAIN!!!!

DONT EVER GO HERE! CUT MY NEPHEWS FOREHEAD OPEN WITH A STRAIGHT RAZOR! Barber was either drunk or off some type of drug because how the hell do you cut someone in the middle of their forehead! And then she tried to blame my nephew for “moving” his grandpa was standing there watching the whole time he did not move at all her hand dropped and she tried to catch it and it cut my nephews head when she tried to keep her hand up!

My name is Valencia and I went on January 24 around 330 -5 I had got a lady named Adrian when I proceeded to sit down in her chair. I had told her I had wanted a bob shorter in the back longer in the front with layers not only have I not gotten what I asked for. I got a choppy top layer. The rest of my hair is even have tried to contact the store Multiple times to no advance with anyone answering the phones. I cut off a lot of hair to be left with something I absolutely hate.

So hit or miss, last time i got bangs here she did a really good job but a girl i havent been to before gave me the thickest bangs she could manage it feels like but she was sweet. I was hoping for wispy bangs like the girl in the picService: Bang trim
