I had a balance on a King Soopers gift card and did not know the balance and ask the cashier behind the window (older man) and asked him if he could check my balance on the card and he absolutely refuse and said no I can’t do it. I explicitly told him that the last time I was there a lady was able to check my balance. Again, he explicitly said no I can’t do it. By this time, I am completely frustrated and getting very upset so I decided to go and find a store manager inside the store which I spoke with the young lady and she described the gentleman and said he’s the one that’s out there right now and I said yes, and she said she would have a talk with him. This is not a job for this guy if he can’t do what he’s asked to do or at least state that he doesn’t know how to do it or I’ll get someone to help me walk me through the steps of finding out your balance on your card or something. Pretty pathetic & lack of customer service!

Pretty decent, I stopped here to rest for a few hours, there's lots of homeless roaming but it's all lit. No over night parking. They do have security tho.

Everything fine since I was using credit card but couldn't get receipt as pump said see attendant. No attendant there at 1:00 pm.Sign said closed.

This is my grocery store I love this place not only is the store clean but the team works together as a team and they all get along and it seems like they all have each other's back so it's always a warm feeling to go in that store but it's even nicer when you see good old Gino pushing those carts working super hard King Soopers wouldn't be King Soopers without Gino!!!!

dont get deli meat here... they act like its not there job to slice the meat. always look and act like it's such an Inconvenience.

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to. Management is a mess the employees are a mess . They don't know what they are doing half the time. Very rude from management to the employees. This store is always dirty and they always have a attitude when you ask for help for anything. I have been shopping here for a while never will I go to this store again. Friends and family feel the same. Wish I can give it a minus star!!!
