They forgot about me on hold. So I actually was able to change clothes and drive into the pharmacy, while still on hold for 30 minutes. There were 6 people working and no one in line. She blamed it on their phones. Really no need to make excuses especially when someone answered the call, asked me to wait on hold and clicked off, all before I could even get a question across. They still said it would be 30 minutes to wait for my prescription when I got there hahaha.

I've only had great experiences here - the pharmacists are always so kind to answer questions and the techs help speed things along if needed.

I really try to only write positive reviews but shut pharmacy has never, not ONCE, gotten my prescription filled and ready for pick up before my last one runs out. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have to call and ask what’s up?
I am writing this review from the parking lot after my prescription was not ready yesterday like it was supposed to be, so I called this morning and asked “what’s up?” To which they told me to wait 1-2 hours. I came in SIX hours later and they tell me to wait another 30 minutes.
This is medicine, it isn’t food, why is this so unorganized???

The pharmacists are very helpful and will work with you. There have been national shortages they’ve been dealing with but always willing to help try to figure it out.

Hit or miss, but mostly miss lately. You can't get ahold of anyone to see if your prescription is ready without showing up in person. Then they don't have it ready. We're currently sitting in the car waiting for them to fill one that they've had for about 36 hours.
Update: they filled one of the two prescriptions, but the other took another 2 days. When they finally texted that it was ready and we went to pick it up, they had filled it incorrectly and we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it. Then they realized they couldn't fill it completely because they didn't have enough of the medicine, so we'll have to go back a third time at least.

Tried to change my prescriber on my account and gave info to a person earlier to do so, another extremely rude individual answered the next time I called and told me I was wrong and that wasn’t the process and hung up on me. Absolute disconnect with this pharmacyAnd now have been waiting hours for this prescription they made me jump through hoops for. Just don’t go here

The staff at the pharmacy are amazing! They were so helpful when transferring my meds when I moved closer to this King Soopers. I feel like most pharmacy techs are overworked and not very friendly, but they have always been super pleasant and go above and beyond.
