Very rude about the "no public restrooms" rule we're no longer regarded as customers. They're blaming drugs and migrants, I'd say they're just too lazy to clean them up or too cheap to provide a restroom attendant.

This place is terrible. The shopping experience is closer to a Dollar General or Walmart than a Kroger grocery store. From the moment you walk in you're met with dated yellow florescent lighting and made to feel like a criminal with the entry gates. Good luck finding a cart that doesn't have a broken wheel and the odds of finding a shopping basket are basically 0 (I asked an employee why they never have any and she said they're frequently stolen). The shopping experience is equally bad, the aisles are dirty and narrow and they are constantly cluttered with unpacked merchandise. Once you get to checkout, there is usually 1-2 lanes open or self checkout. If you decide to use a standard checkout have fun unloading your groceries then bagging them yourself (I've yet to see a bagger here). The cashier will scan your items then stare wide eyed at you while you bag your groceries instead of helping; so much for customer service. Sadly this neighborhood doesn't have a different grocery store nearby so I'm stuck shopping here if I don't want to drive. Do better King Soopers!!

This store is terrible!.The staff member Stephen is a terrible man to have working customer service very bad attitude throws hands in air and sighs because he was asked to call for a manager.The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting I guess the migrants don't do bathrooms.The manager did not care about restrooms or the fact someone noticed how disgusting they are.Desperate people will still come here to lazy to make a difference yes I'm talking to you.Good luck with this place.

Things at the Sheridan store (by Sloan Lake) have changed. Bad produce, either rotten or really old, and this wasn't the first time.

Saw 2 "security" employees call the cops and make a scene about a homeless man stealing 3 fucking peppers. No one ever pays attention to self checkout, so if that light goes off just go to another checkout and don't wait for the employee(s) who wont help. Their pharmacy will leave several voicemails and texts about meds being ready but i have to wait literally every single time for them to actually be filled, if they even have the meds in stock. Colfax x sheridan is also just one of the worst places in the city so be prepared for that exciting crowd. The locations on chestnut and also santa fe are infinitely better - totally worth the extra 30 minute+ walk when i can.

NEVER in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism. When you have people depending on you for their medication, and they find out it needs to be transferred to another office, the pharmacist says he’ll transfer your medication… He doesn’t.. and then every single jack wagon that answers the phone, kept leaving you on hold until the pharmacy closed…?! Best believe this won’t be the only thing I do… better business bureau will be the next step. This is disgusting.

Ah yes, sell spoiled produce at an up charge.Lock up toiletries after 8 pm rather than hire securityOnly staffs self check out but still regularly only have 1/2 those lanes openLet people use drugs in the bathroom freely at all times of dayMoney service desk hours listed are completely wrong and staff always acts like it’s an inconvenience for themJust go to Target at this point, it’s all the same price and you’re more likely to get quality there

Its a nice place to buy groceries. Having lived in California and Texas I wish there was more diversity in the produce section and the Asian foods section, but their cheese selection is on point and every employee I have interacted with here has been lovely.
