how are you gunna have your hours posted to close at 9 everywhere and then not take the customer as soon as it turns 8? kinda unprofessional if you ask me. then on top of that you’re rude.. not even offering an explanation.. yeah dont go here.

This place is so trash! Whatever “manager” that was working was a complete idiot and such a rude person. I use the term manager loosely too because she was far from someone that should be left in charge of a store. I forgot her name but she was an overweight lady with tattoos on her hands and fingers and a horrible hair style that was not flattering her already heavy set face, she proceeded to talk about me and the fact that she thought I was going to steal something loud enough for me to hear, in which after I heard her bad mouthing a customer I told her that I was able to hear her making rude, presumptuous accusations about me which were untrue and offensive and she continued to be rude to me and started to call me names and told me to get out of her store and that she was going to call the cops on me! I went to put the items I had in my hands down on the counter by the register and she picked up a box of hair dye and threw it at my face after I decided to call her a derogatory name that she absolutely deserves by the way. She literally assaulted me and called me names because I chose to stick up for myself and call her out for accusing me of shop lifting for with literally zero evidence what so ever! Just her accusing a customer who was in there to spend money and bring the store that she supposedly ran business! I am going to tell everyone who will listen about this horrible experience and she’s lucky that I didn’t stick around for the cops to actually come and file charges against her for striking me with the box of dye and hitting me in the chest and calling me names shouting at me! This girl should be fired and never able to run a store that has customer service as the main focus! This girl was working on Tuesday at 4:30 pm on 7/8/2025. Horrible employee she’s lucky I didn’t press charges on her but you better believe I will be telling everyone about this experience what a horrible person you should fire her immediately I’ve never been treated so awfully by any employee ever in all of my life! Absolutely horrendous and disgusting!

Showed up a few mins before 8. the young girl let me know that they closed at 8 & would not let me check out even though apple maps & their website says they are open til 9 but it’s changed on their store display.

Ryder is the reason I will no longer be spending over 300.00 a month between myself, wife and kiddo. JUst rude and unwelcoming. Very disappointed. I have came here religiously for YEARS!!!!

Absolutely recommend going to Sally’s for your next hair color!
Jay helped me figure out the correct developer number, filler and color to go with when turning my hair from a dyed grey to a natural dark brown. SO knowledgeable and kind!!
I was helped by some other wonderful employees as well when I first went silver/grey and it worked out great too, wish I knew their names too because that also worked out super well! Just needed something more natural for upcoming events.
Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who works here and helps out customers on a daily basis!!! Y’ALL are amazing!!! And so knowledgeable!!!

I was in the store all of ten minutes and got asked on five separate occasions if I needed help. You aren’t being helpful, you’re being annoying. Though, based on previous reviews, they probably thought I was stealing.

I went in the store to get small things to dye my hair gloves processing caps, I had colour at home. I like to browse and take my time considering things. I was looking at the colour and selected two I took the boxes with me as I went down the rows looking at things. I hear the two girls up front start loudly talking about someone stealing stuff. It was a fairly busy store so I paid it no mind. I decided to use the colour I already have so I set the boxes of dye on a shelf and went to get gloves. I hear from the front of the store that one of the girls is calling the cops and she starts rudely describing me to the police. I get angry and decide that I will not be purchasing anything from this store. I go to leave and the girl rudely demands that I take the colour out of my bag, I tell her that I don't have anything in my bag she's angry and rude I told her I put the colour on a shelf. She demands that I show her so I do she demands that I show her the contents of my purse so I do. There's nothing there. She says that I can continue shopping if I want but she's watching and they have cameras. The whole time she was still on the phone with the police telling them that I was attempting to steal from them and telling them about my car. I did nothing wrong and there was no reason for this kind of treatment. I don't know what power trip that girl was on but there was no reason to treat a very good customer like this. The nerve to assume that I wasn't going to pay for my things is unacceptable. I don't know what you have been training your staff but I was discriminated against and harassed and I will not be stepping foot in this store or giving any sallys my money.
