Went at 7:04pm on Friday when it said it was open until 9:00pm. Got an annoyed stare when tried to enter by one of the employees sitting idly next to the window.Double checked website and location is listed as open until 9

So rude at this location. I went in looking for clip in extensions. I asked what color do they think would suit my hair best and another woman said I think medium brown and the rude woman said I think medium brown is even too dark in a rude tone of voice. So I asked if I could see them more close up being that they are behind the register and I don't have the best eyesight and I would like to determine myself whether or not they are too dark and she said due to theft I can't even let you touch them. Okay that's fine but there's other ways she could have held them closer so I can see at a closer distance and put my hair close to the box atleast. Maybe if I was a different race and not fresh out of work dressed better she would've atleast held them and let me look at them more close up. I guess they just expect you to buy them and only be able to see them at a 6 foot distance to see if it matches to your liking . Do not come here ??

This place is messy & very unorganized ! I think it was the manager but one of the girls was high or looked like the poor little girl had been crying all day!! They must have a high turn out rate with their employees. New girls are in all the time! Sadly doesn’t see like they can keep the good ones.

Valencia was one of the kindest, most patient, and friendliest people I’ve met in customer service! Her care and assistance was genuine and welcome. The store was well laid out and clean, and I’ll be returning to this location exclusively. Thank you, Valencia!

It’s the second time I’ve come to this location during their posted store hours, and they were not open. Definitely call this location to make sure it’s open before making the drive.

I went in to this location last week. This was the saddest selection of products that I have ever seen. There were so many empty shelves and I didn’t find one thing I was looking for. I would definitely take my business to a better stocked Sally’s in the future.

Beyond unprofessional, no customer service skills with the one curly haired female employee. She sat there the day I went in and allowed her co worker to handle a previous customer and then myself. I asked the gentleman with the blue hair if this specific dye would work with my hair and not be a totally different color, but similar to what the sample had shown. Went home, did everything correctly and my hair is this peach orange color. Something completely different than what I saw on the sample. Went back today and the curly haired woman, was completely rude, told me they werent professionals and that im not always guaranteed the exact color. To which i understand that, but they are supposed to be knowledgeable in the products they're selling. If the blue haired gentleman is saying my hair is "basically a blank slate and that the color would definitely work", then why would I not want my EXCHANGE for a product that didnt work properly? So i asked for an exchange and she said it's supposed to be on a test strand of hair . The back of the receipt states that it's recommended but not necessary, it also had the return policy and exchange policy and yet she still gave me such a hard time about it. I left and called cooperate, they tell me to go back and they'll give them the ok for a refund and that they would call ahead and give them the ok.The blue haired gentleman saw my receipt and box in hand and immediately offered an e change, but at that point, I'm already mad and already had to contact corporate to solve this issue, so now I want my refund since they offered. I'm not mad at the blue haired gentleman, I'm furious at the curly haired chick who sat there yesterday and didn't bother to get off her phone to help and instead just staired and roll her eyes, and then today wanted to ACT like she was manager, by being short and rude and eyes rolling and when i asked if the blue haired guy was assistant manager and she rolls her eyes and shifts her hips like IM annoying her and snaps "HE'S NOT". She's completely incompetent with her job, she can't be bothered by a simple exchange and didn't even CALL her manager to ask, she just simply texted. If you can't get off your phone to help a paying customer, if she can't stop rolling her eyes for 2 seconds while being in a conversation about something that inconvenienced HER, then why is she even working the front let alone working in a place that's constantly surrounding customers? It's really unprofessional that I had to take this to corporate to solve the issue, when the blue haired guy had no issue at all with the problem. In my honest opinion the blue haired gentleman needs a raise and recognition, because seeing all the work he did yesterday and today, is impressive and will HE will be the only reason I will go back.I've tried NUMEROUS attempts to call the store and speak with manager and yet it doesn't even ring, just beeps. ?♀️

Pay your staff a living wage and maybe you won’t have “staffing issues”. Maybe start with your CEO, his annual salary is 4.2M. Love the employees here and they are always very helpful, but when you’ve been closing early because you pay your employees a pittance for months, maybe just update your GMB hours.

Clearly closes at 7 but the staff chose to close early—got there at 6:30 and the staff member wouldn’t open the door. It was already locked when we arrive. Poor business move.

The man in there was helpful but wanted to charge me $3 for a pair of gloves when I’ve always gotten them complimentary when I asked if it wasn’t complimentary anymore he said it never has been with him? Just seemed weird to me but whatever

Every time I come to this place they are always closed earlier then there scheduled time this time sign on door says closes at 6 it’s 4:30 hire new staff
