The employees here are frustratingly apathetic. Unknowledgeable about T-Mobile's corporate policies. They do not faithfully honor the services they're supposed to provide. When customer support sends you to this location for contract fulfillment, obligations, or returns or any thing else they can't make money on. They make up fees and insist they have to charge you unreasonable amounts for services that location specifically is supposed to render for free! Don't pay it turn them into the corporate office!

Making a purchase at this T-Mobile location was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in recent memory. I knew there was an error (at the fault of the staff) immediately after my purchase and I reached back out to the store, and no help was provided. Fast forward several weeks and countless hours spent on the phone with T-Mobile Customer Care, and my issue still is not resolved. Do not come here for anything more complicated than buying a charger, case, etc.

Good service, the only reason for 3 stars was because when I got my phone replaced and all my information transferred the phone did not operate correctly. I did not have any phone service for 2 days due to technical issues. (Sim card was placed back in the phone and the phone didn't need the sim to operate). On the positive side when I went back to figure out what was wrong the T-Mobile representative was very customer service oriented and got me back on track. My Family has had T-Mobile for many years and are very happy with our service.

They over charge for the obsolete flip phone. What is a 91 year old to do when they can't use a smartphone. $140.00 for a $40.00 phone. I feel like they stole from my mom.

Victoria Is the best! We transferred all 3 of our phone linesfrom Verizon and got 3 new phones. It took a while between me with many questions, my son and my wife (3 separate days). She was the most pleasant person to deal with, very knowable, got us great promotions and actually followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was good. Who does that these day???? Thank you Victoria for doing a great job!

Went there last week to pay my phone bill, everything okay until Rebecca out of nowhere kept looking at me and laughing I felt very disrespected because I was not talking to her she just kept looking at me and laughing. In the other hand Ruby came out with a very unfriendly face like not wanting to help me I felt very unwelcome there not coming ever I will also not recommend this place to anyone. Do better girls!!

Victoria needs your love, go to this store and give her some love today. I am sorry I idnt have more patience and understanding when you refused to help me. If anyone else is trying to set up a new account and your number is on someone elses account. What you need to do is have your number released by the account owner. You do not need to become an account owner.

Came in to get help with my phone from a different carrier and i ended up leaving with TMobile InternetService was wonderful and Ruby was so very helpful !!

This is the best experience I've had getting a phone ! We were greeted by Ruby and she was amazing and fun and just totally focused on my daughter and I and our needs for new phones. I understand that there were a few people waiting but be patient people !!! The manager was awesome and helped me the following day to explain how to use my new phone a bit more !!

Been here 30 mins. And when i finally ask how long it’s gonna be, it was almost like I was inconveniencing them by asking. “Not sure how long it’s gonna be” then gets back on TikTok to show the customer a video. Usually don’t have these kinds of issues when I come in here. Pretty ridiculous this the in store customer service you are providing to paying customers. Feel like I’m dealing high school girls running a retail store. Disgusting.
