Mariah completed a print order for me for my wedding. She was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. She also went out of her way to score my place cards for me free of charge to make them easier for me to fold.

This UPS store is wonderful. Great customer service. Nice people. Please know not all stores are created equal in this area, they are franchised. But we began going here a year or so ago and the difference is amazing.

“If you’re a minority be careful using this location for mailing and shipping because they either steal your items or they lose it and refuse to help you find the mail they lost. This is the manager she was very hostile and aggressive when asking her to help me find a $1000 phone that I had them package and ship for me. She kept cutting our conversation to help the other white costumers who were already being helped by other associates and refusing to help me. My colored people please find a UPS office that has people of color in the office because you won’t get no help here unless you’re white I guess.” Is my original review! But since they want to make it seem like I’m lying about my package

My package was delivered late and some how magically was found after I left this review, and I will not remove my review because I still paid extra for a late package AND we are not going to disregard this employee of yours behavior about the issue. I still stand on my review, this woman is racist because she was speaking to me with aggression and cutting me off to help a costumer that was being helped by another employee, when I did come in respectfully just trying to get help with my missing package that she did MULTIPLE times say she is not going to help me find. And Travis for you to try to disregard the fact she was behaving really poorly and caused me to feel disrespected as a costumer just because my package was delivered EVENTUALLY just not the 2 days shipping I PAID EXTRA for shows exactly what I was talking about. You trying to make me look like a liar is CRAZY! This location is bad for anyone who is not a white costumer as you can see they had more white people give fake reviews to hide my review. Yall are not slick but yall are comedy for sure !

Always knowledgeable, quick in and out. Line goes as fast as possible. Kind, courteous staff. Packages have arrived no issues consistently.

Consistently great service. Everyone is quick, efficient, and friendly. Short or no lines. Jake helped me today by proactively volunteering to help carry in a couple of packages, despite the fact he was wearing shorts on a snowy day. I have found my shipping place!

I cam here frequently, mostly to return Amazon products but I also sent packages and printed some things. The staff is always friendly and most of the time attentive (as much as they can in the moment). Will always come back here for their services!

If you have to ship, take it here. You don’t generally have any expectations coming in to a UPS store, but these guys are the best!
