I'm a physician with large background of clinical and addiction psychology. This is the worst resort style facility you could ever go to. Their psychologists are self important and spend half the time self preaching. They have no compassion, empathy, or even understanding. Just self pride. Such a shame. This is how they talk about clients (accidentally sent to me). My career was sabotaged but not my life. I got out. Run run from this place đ¤đž
Below is a secure message sent to me signed by "Dr." Goldman a day following her telling me I'm discharged. I was rightfully upset and expressed this respectfully in group (she was unable to chat for a minute during a mandatory 15 minute break during a 2 hour session for "her mental health". She decided to extend my "treatment" for another $5k for being called out during group. The following day she opened it up to the group of experienced professionals that observed my reaction and gave freely their opinions with each and everyone saying my response was more than appropriate.
Should be no surprise that along with the 15 minute break she also spends the first 30 minutes of each session talking about herself that she retaliated further.
Oh also when I'm paying a premium for care she canceled 3 individual sessions with me in 5 weeks and 1/3 group sessions in a week so she could go on vacation. Pricing stayed the same....

I had a Life-Changing Experience at All Points North. As someone who has recently completed a rehabilitation program, I cannot express enough gratitude for the transformative experience I've had. From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted with warmth, understanding, and a genuine desire to help me on my journey to recovery.

I absolutely loved my experience at All Points North treatment facility! One of the highlights for me was the opportunity to engage in group therapy sessions with fellow athletes and professionals. It was incredibly refreshing to connect with individuals who shared similar experiences and challenges. The supportive environment fostered valuable connections and provided a unique perspective on recovery. The group therapy sessions at All Points North truly made a difference in my healing journey. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a comprehensive and tailored treatment approach.

I have been in the mental health business for 30 years and I have never seen a treatment facility like this one. It is expansive, clean, modern, and comfortable, in a beautiful pastoral setting near vail, colorado. It has virtually every modern treatment modality. They offer transcranial magnetic stimulation. They offer stellate ganglion blocks, they offer ketamine treatment and they offer EMDR. They even have horses. Sensory, deprivation chambers, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, art therapy, a world class gym. Great food. I only interacted with the veterans and First Responders treatment crew, but they seemed Knowledgeable, genuinely caring and competent.

Quality treatment center. Highly recommended. Saved my life. Staff is amazing. However beware of some of the nursing. Only a few of them don't want to be here and can be quite rude. With that being said, the pros outweigh the cons by far. If you're looking for luxury, and time away to reset your life come to All Points North. The therapist are amazing. The case managers are great. The group facilitators are great! You really can't go wrong.

This is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. They told me maximum out of pocket cost was $1800.00 per day. My son was there for less than 48 hours and they took $5,227 and will not refund anything. Using excuse it is still being processed with insurance. This was over 8 months ago. Terrible patient advocate and they will not do any follow up since they have our money. Was told they could not help my son but they kept our money. Disgusting and seemingly illegal.

I would say it is a âYour Mileage May Varyâ situation.Iâll break it down in a variety of ways.1. Admissions, it came to our attention while at the rehab facility that the admissions employees get a bonus/commission for getting people admitted. As a result certain people who shouldnât be there and should be at a higher level of care are admitted based on admissions employees fudging or stretching data to allow people to be admitted.2. Counselors: for most people who were there they felt like their counselors had their back and did right by them. However there were a few bad apples.3. Case workers: see above4 Financial: The individual working finance needs to be fired. Despite being a private pay patient this individual demanded that I give them my insurance card. I still havenât been able to tell if I have been double billed.4. Medical: good but hit and miss5. Amenities: definitely not as described, however I didnât go for the amenities.Overall there are some very good and some very bad. What is concerning is that these are recurring themes and nothing has been done as of f my discharge. APN is still ârelativelyâ new, so I hope they get these things worked out as overall I did greatly improve while there

I would love to give this place 5 stars. I would. My therapist was great. The admit and billing team however are not great. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT when they tell you they will bill your insurance and reimburse you!!! This isn't the truth! I have been waiting 6 months to be reimbursed and they STILL haven't even billed my insurance for the amount I paid upfront before they would let me admit! I also can't get ahold of anyone who will help me! I have talked to several people since I've been discharged and they ghost me EVERY TIME. I am so frustrated and will not recommend this place to anyone at this time.

I attended for less than a week due to numerous issues like being in detox for four days when I had no alcohol or drugs in my system and passed all their testing. I was there for depression, PTSD and anxiety. They spent days just reviewing my intake forms which is ridiculous at the rates they charge. They ran classes using non-licensed or certified personnel. Maximum class time for this rehab was 4.5 hours a day at the lodge. They had PHP at same facility and they were able to sneak in drugs and distribute them. They commit insurance fraud by charging for services not rendered. If you are looking for a resort that wonât help you then this is the place to be. If wanting real help go to Sierra Tucson.

After seeing the changes in my family member I have to give credit where it is due. My step father and I have healed our relationship thanks to APN. 6 months ago my step father and I began looking at programs for him as he struggled to get his drinking and chronic depression under control. He attended APNs program to get help with the trauma from his childhood and with a drinking issue. He was at this facility for 60 days and came out a new man. Our family must thank his therapist Lana and the nursing staff that helped him during his hard early days. The facility has a beautiful setting in the mountains, everything is very modern and upscale. Today, I now get to call my stepfather Dad!
