Made a last minute appointment today for a blow out with Holly and she did an incredible job! She was super careful with my NBR extensions (which were quite grown out) and gave me the most beautiful curls with tons of volume to the crown of my head. Can’t wait to visit again!Service: Hairstyling

I had an appointment I did over the phone and then received 2 confirmations via text. I went in to get my hair cut and they told me i had made a mistake and didn't have an appointment - I showed them the texts and still they refused to help me or squeeze me in or do anything to accommodate me. The attitude was terrible - I literally didn't go with my family somewhere so I could get my hair cut. They made it seem like my fault even though I had the text messages confirming. They weren't willing to do anything to help me.
