I love Citywide Banks. I started with them in 2003, now I live in Grand Junction but I keep my banking with them because they are just the best. Pleasant, helpful. There has never in all those years been a problem or a mistake. I totally trust them. Thank you Citywide.

Lacking 24/7 phone and online chat support. My account is also locked from 'self-resetting' my password. Employees are kind and helpful but small banks come with less or no support (after M-F 9am-5pm).
