Currently locked out of my BUSINESS account for trying to send a single zelle payment. Was waiting 2 hours for a call back from the fraud department. Now on hold for 47 minutes. Effectively locked out of my own business for trying to send a zelle payment to a vendor. Closing my account after the holiday and never looking back. Business owners, there are several other banks that are local and won't mess with your bottom line. Do not bank here.

The worst bank ever! Do NOT recommend having account, accepting checks from 1st bank customers or getting a credit card. They charge you for EVERY little thing and more! Very limited online services, take forever to do deposits or even lose them. Awful experience!

I love this bank. I grew up with it and now live in Boston. Coloradans have it good with these guys . And specifically this Edwards branch treats my family and their patrons well. Thanks FB
