At first, they seemed to be knowledgeable and did set every thing up where it worked fine.
However, I've had problems with my control4 communicating to my phone app and the remote Paramount set-up and I have not been able to change my volume for weeks. I've called, sent e-mails, and nothing from Paramount. Service is null.

These guys are true professionals! They installed a home theater system and moved TVs for us. Wnen we were sourcing they were the only company that did not ask for monies upfront and gave us several quotes. They had to replace the receiver, but did it within a day of us calling them. They stand by the work and warranty, coming to our home on a Friday after hours. I highly recommend them if you looking for any audio visual work and need it done right.

Nathan and his team we able to run electricity and mount a TV above our fireplace where other AV companies could not. It looks wonderful and the sound bar they suggested is perfect! Very grateful for their honesty and determination in getting the job done and taking care of our wood! Thank you!

I've hired multiple AV companies in multiple states, and there no question that the experience I've had with Paramount far exceeds any of those I've had with the other companies. Their knowledge and professionalism are simply outstanding. They've successfully installed and programmed anything I've asked them for. And, their prices are more than reasonable.

My wife and I had a great experience with Paramount!! Jason did a fantastic job coming to our home and scoping out a top of the line system.After we agreed to the system, Jason’s team (Zack and Fernando for the speaker, rack, and screen setup, and Brandon for the wiring, network, lighting, and projector setup) did an AMAZING job over the course of several days. All three of them had a great attitude and were always down to answer questions. Additional positives were Brandon helping us move a very annoying couch to the room, and Brandon and Fernando putting up our chandelier.One of the reasons I chose Paramount after talking to several companies was because they planned ahead of the chip shortages and actually had control systems and other equipment on hand. That kind of proactive thought impressed me.My wife and I strongly recommend Paramount and will be continued customers as we build towards a smart home!

Jason and his team did a phenomenal job for our home.
My wife and I are definitely amateurs when it comes to home theater and whole home audio. Jason walked us through options and helped tailor something that would accomplish exactly what we wanted. We’re thrilled with the result - amazing surround sound theater in our family room (which can be controlled with one remote!) and a great audio system throughout the house that works through our Apple/Android devices - really our exact ask!
Incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - also incredibly flexible and accommodated our schedule - highly recommend!
