Star was so incredibly helpful when I had trouble locating my package. She was patient with me even though it was my error that caused the package to be lost and retrieved the package in a few hours. Great service!”

“Have to laugh at all the bad reviews. This tiny post office has to deal with mountains of packages, most of them from Amazon, because many folks can no longer be bothered to purchase things locally or make a periodic trip to Frisco or Glenwood for their needs. I've had a PO Box at the Edwards location for a year and they haven't lost a single package or letter, so I have to believe a lot of the issues reported here come down to user error. Learn the system, know what you're ordering and who they're using to ship, and maybe also consider doing what people did for years, i.e. going to actual stores to buy stuff. And yeah, tons of people have moved here, so there isn't always PO Box availability and you might have to go to a different town to get one. Sucks but that's our 2024 reality. Thanks for hanging in there local PO crew.”
