The Branch Manager was great, helped from start to finish and her staff was a great support. I enjoy banking at this location.

I don't ask much from this bank. Mostly do my banking on line and pay bills electronically... I am trying to stop payment on a check. Simple right? Not so with this branch, Edwards, CO. I was told last week that the check would be stopped. Then the bank manager contacted me a week later, and said that the teller who took the request quit and my request for the stop payment didn't go thru. (It's a lost check in the mail). So she said she would email me a confirmation of the stopped check and I never got it. (wrong email address)? So after calling 4 times (2 of which no one even answered the phone, during regular business hours ), the other 2 times all I could do was leave a message for the bank Manager to call me back about this. Still waiting ... 2 hours later. No wonder this bank gets such low stars... there are many other banks out there... think I will move my account now. Been with them 20 years....

The people in the branch are terrific. As a company US Bank stinks. It is disorganized, it can be extraordinarily paper intensive, and the technology is not market-ready. Today, specifically...I've used Moneydance personal finance software with downloads from US Bank for years. The two have worked together ok. Then yesterday the downloads stop. I changed nothing. An error message reports some network issue. After repeated attempts to fix it on my end, I call US Bank. Company policy is that US Bank will not help because they only support Quicken. Apparently the bank doesn't have the intellectual horsepower to understand similar product. Certainly Quicken once reigned supreme, but that near monopoly power went to its head, it raised its price to silly levels, stopped keeping up with the competition. It's perhaps the worst value in the marketplace now. Come on US Bank. Stop shortchanging your best customers.

I banked here for years and unfortunately will never do so again (or any other US Bank for that matter). The staff at this bank were not only extremely inaccurate in communicating my personal finances, but also made commitments and promisses they later refused to stand by. I had my time wasted, money wasted, and cannot believe the lack of attention to detail of this organization.

My wife and I went in to open a local account today. The manager was very friendly along with the asset at manager and all the tellers! We look forward to banking here. The interest rates and costs were very competitive.
