Best pet shop in the Valley. Variety of products to choose from for wild cats, I was able to find quality high protein products, staff is always helpful for any questions or concerns, and they make my purchases experiences very comfortable. I came ones looking for N&D but I find great options, thanks to the kind suggestion from their staff, since then, this is my favorite pet shop.

One of the few places in vail valley I have found a consistent supply of science diet dog food! Great staff. Great product. Great service. Always go back. ....also next to a great bagel shop!

I've been going to this store for 5 years and they used to be very friendly and helpful and communicative, but not so anymore. There are a few great pet stores around, so I would recommend going elsewhere now.

I can't give a more positive review to this business and Beth, who was an EXTRAORDINARY help! I came in with my kitty that I was traveling with across the country. She was in need of a bigger and better carrier that I didn't realize until a few days into my trip. Beth had both the best backpack and carrier and my kitty is SO much more comfortable. She went from sleeping maybe 2 hours in the car to 8+. She's no longer uncomfortable or upset when she has to go inside when we drive. Beth, you saved my trip and made it so much more enjoyable for my kitty! :)

Picked up some supplies for my new rescue pup at this well-stocked small business. It's a small shop but they have a ton of supplies including highly rated and high quality items that are hard to find in most big box stores.

Very friendly service. Good selection of products. However, the #1 reason you should buy from Wags is because at 4:55 on Sunday night (they close at 5pm), you can call them for that bag of dog food you forgot to pick up earlier (idiot!), and they will wait for you to get there so your pup won't have to starve (very nice)! No online service can do that for you. SUPPORT OUR LOCAL MERCHANTS, because when you need them, they will be there for you. That is what our community is all about. Thanks, Wags!
