Eagle Crest always has a great selection and I have been a customer for over 40 years. I went to buy some milkweed today and after talking to 5 employees that had no clue what it was or where it was I gave up. New ownership and employees are not what I am used to.

This is an excellent garden center, especially for outdoor plants. The pot selection is easily one of the best in the valley, they have annuals, perennials, and more. I came looking for another houseplant and some soil, the ladies working there were very kind and helpful. I do think their prices are a bit high overall compared to what I’m used to, but that’s what happens when you run a really good garden center in the valley and it’s hard to get things / grow things here in a remote location. I would recommend this place to any client looking to do some cool landscaping. They even had this extra special bonsai tree which was HUGE for $12,000! Incredible.

I made an inquiry via the website about buying gift cards and had a response via email within half an hour. I was able to purchase a gift card over the phone and they offered several options to get the card into the hands of the recipient if I didn't want to mail it myself. I appreciate such excellent and quick customer service since it's going in a box with other gifts. I'm sure my friend will love it.

Always the best quality of plants- extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales staff- but be prepared. It's the whole foods of nurseries. It can be pricey but very much worth it

Eagle Crest Nursery might be one of the best things about moving from Aspen to Willits in that I am always there. A proud plant mom, this is my go-to for fun new plants and friendly service, even since I was a child. Shoutout to Gay - she’s always willing to give me some of her time when I wander in and I have definitely taken home more than a few plants because of her!! But seriously all of the staff are great and I have learned so much about caring for my plants by just spending time speaking to them. You can definitely tell the staff members love what they do! Yes, you can buy a plant anywhere, but you get not only a superior plant but an awesome experience to go along with it!
