Just paid $16 for a car wash and it still had bird poop on it and the car was not clean at all. I had to wash the car when I got home. Also, $5 for a vacuum. 1st and last time here.

Always been a good experience and a good wash. We went through one time and the wash never came on. A few days later we went back and told them. They honored it no questions asked. Great wash!

WOW! I had my car fully detailed, inside and out. I have never seen my car so clean. The weathertech floor mats are notoriously difficult to clean. I've used every product and they still look dirty. El Jebel Autowash cleaned them so well that they look brand new. Better than brand new. I was wondering if this was really my car when I drove off. It looks incredible. The protectant they used on the outside has kept it clean so far through all of the snow, slush, and salt that accumulates on the car. I falls right off. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!!

The $10 car wash doesn’t work meaning it doesn’t clean the car. I leave with a dirty car. Will never go back. Total Waste of $$$ & time waiting in line. They were awesome when it first opened idk what happened or what they did to change it.

I purchased a 10 punch card from this business when they first open hoping to support them on their journey. Unfortunately I can't download the app to use my punch card, they won't return my voice messages, and I out over $100 in washes.

I was sitting in the Willits General Store car wash line and decided to bail because it looked like they only had a guy hand washing and you drove through the dryer. It was taking forever. So I came over here instead. I will say people with nicer cars take their vehicles here to get washed. It’s like a triple action day spa for your car. Generally my car wash clean, though I wish they did extra hand drying at the end. I’m used to just putting my car in neutral and rolling through an automatic wash. This is kind of like that, but you have to drive through it and park in the middle yourself. Go slow at the beginning and the end driving in and out to maximize your wash drying and undercarriage spray. Will probably come back here. They also have self vacuums but wish they had people would would detail my interior as well.

I had been a customer since their first day, until today. The pictures show what my vehicle looked like after the Capitol Peak wash. When I submitted feedback that today’s wash was not my normal experience, they did call me right away. Anthony called to tell me that since my truck may have been outside in the rain, or parked near sprinklers, I could have received these results. He then told me that multiple vehicles had gone through after mine and are fine, and then accused me of trying to play him for a free wash. I never asked for my money back and he NEVER apologized. But, the pictures here clearly show the results of an El Jebel Autowash. Save your money & go elsewhere!Services: Full body wash
