This whole BMO switch over is ridiculous. Twice now I have gone to the new ATMs, requested my money and it did not dispense. The first time at the Lone Tree BOW location the ladies in the lobby gave me my money. This Elizabeth branch would NOT and filed some report about the ATM not dispensing my money and said by Tuesday my account should be credited. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! I am closing this account and will NOT deal with BOW anymore. And that’s sad because I’ve been their customer since I was 16.

Horrible customer service! I went in to understand what to do about a charge to my deceased mothers account. A charge issued by Bank of the West. The teller was the most un-empathic person! Never even said sorry for your lose. She would not waive the fee and she refused to return my mothers death certificate. She was horrible and unfeeling. No compassion. I would never bank here. Use a Credit Union if you want personal care.

Literally the worst customer service. Honestly, I'd go to another store before coming here. Been a customer for 4 years for bank of the west. I tried this store, talked to 2 different people and walked away.

This bank refuses to order money to cash a check that is written from their bank! The check is written by their client who has an acct with them. There client wants them to cash it but they refuse to order the money. Same with Parker they refuse to honor a check they wrote from their own bank! No reason given.

Fees are absolutely out of control. They advertise on t.v. about helping small businesses, but it costs you money to bank here. The website always crashes, the app hardly ever works. Bring your money elsewhere. It's really not worth the headache

I have been banking here for years in Elizabeth so I took my daughter to open her first account. When you first walk in the bank no one greets you at all. We waited patiently until someone asked what she could do for us. No greeting first. I asked her if anyone was available to open an account. She said yes and told us to have a seat. Thank goodness the bank officer Chelsie Bonner had better manners. She was pleasant shook our hands and offered to help us in her office. Everything was handled efficiently and quickly. Once we we're done we needed to make deposits so we had to go back to the tellers. We were greeted with you will have to go to one of the others by the middle teller. No, I apologize my drawer is closed already one of the other tellers will be happy to help you. Very blunt and rude. Then she said she didn't realize we would be making a deposit. Isn't that what you do when you open an account?

I think everyone here is very nice and professional. The branch manager is great. He is never to busy to stop answer a question and Ashley is always friendly helpful!
