I buy my produce and meat here because the quality is good. Always enjoyed this Safeway until one afternoon I checked the new Pokémon Vending Machine and left only to have an employee come up to me in the parking lot and try to sell me the machines inventory at an inflated price. Aren't they there to work not attempt to hustle people in the parking lot? I'd expect this out in Denver or Aurora but not Elizabeth .

Produce used to be very good, but now the fruits are really terrible. Buy your fruit at Walmart. Other than that a a great store, always clean and the staff are pretty darn amazing. People are always nice and helpful there.

Today July 13 about 12 35 pm I needed help finding the Lavender Festival. There was really nice young man with dark brown kind of wavy hair working at the self ck out area who was kind enough to help me find the road 8267 Cenntinal Trail where the Festival was held. He looked on his phone as did I for the directions. We both found it. He was so kind & helpful I wish I would have gotten his name. What outstanding employee & I wanted to give him recognition. I was able to go to the festival.

Car show in the parking lot on the first Friday every month during the summer very cool cars, it's a great time and great people for free!!

I placed an on line order for when I was coming home from work. I sat there for an hr and a half after pick up with no updates even after called multiple times to see what was going on. Finally I called to cancel my order then they called saying it was done after I got home. I called 2 mangers to get my refund over 2 weeks it never happened.

This Safeway a nice store. Clean, and it has mostly what I need.It does not wear me out as bigger stores. Personnel helpful,friendly, and always a smile!

The people are great but stay away from the produce! If you want something organic...It probably already has mold on it before you take it out of the store!

I have done all my shopping at Safeway since they opened. Cashiers have been great. Unfortunately a young man who stood and talked to my cashier was told by her that I had my own bags and he stacked my groceries into piles but didn't bag my items. Is this a lost courtesy? Other lanes had baggers but he just walked away. I bagged my things and thanked my cashier for helping me and I left. She was amazing but can't give any credit to the young man.

I became a regular after meeting this man Brandon He's always so helpful and kind he doesn't complain or get made at me or other people when we ask for help. Brandon always dresses up for the holidays and it always makes my day better wish the safeway in Elizabeth had more people like him.
