The Whispering Aspen is a boutique located in the heart of Elizabeth, Colorado that opened in February of 2019. Our store's main mission is to provide an inclusive and empowering environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Whispering Aspen is here to help these individuals gain job skills for future employment, self advocacy and self-confidence.
