worst uhaul ever. destroyed our plans to move cross country. offered monetary compensation and did not follow-thru.

I used this place to rent a Uhaul and they messed it up from the beginning. I had to drive almost an hour to get to another location for my truck rental and I so got charged for the mileage. I ended up paying more money for the movers because they say around waiting for me while I got the truck. Very unprofessional.
