Horrible experience!!! I have been coming to this 7/11 for months now with no issues. Unfortunately the weekend attendant has ensured I will NEVER be coming here on weekends. He is extremely rude and denied my service dog entry in because she did not have a service jacket. He said the manager has a rule that only service jackets are accepted. The manager always lets us in with both our dogs with no problems. He also on another interaction criticized me for buying a Coke Zero. Starting the conversation with “don’t tell me that’s a diet soda”. Told me that if I wanted to stay young and pretty I should stop drinking them. Then told me I was going to die from drinking them and that they cause cancer. He argued with me for about 5 minutes before I had to grab my Coke Zero I already bought from him. Suuuuuuuper rude and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this. He should not be working there. The other staff I have encountered are great, unfortunately this one weekend attendant is not.

Lady was super rude about me asking for some tobacco she made me feel like I was stupid for asking the way I did be careful going in there cuz she wants you to act like you're at the soup Nazis line.

Very rude customer service tried to tell me you have to be 21 for lighter and state law is 18 same with butane.

I thought this would be important information. This I store is charging a tax on Colorado lottery scratch tickets. They charge a 5% tax. $10.00 lottery ticket will cost you $10.10!! Amazing. They said it was a Parker tax. But this is the only store taxing on scratch tickets. Not sure what else they maybe "taxing"

Would use zero stars if it were an option, clerk who was supposedly processing my propane exchange left me outside for twenty minutes. I was patient at first but when in check what was taking so long he was just looking at his phone.

So far I usually like this location on Lincoln doesnt smell when you walk in, it's organized. But so far the few times I e gone in there there's coffee machine not filled and I go for a a certain coffee that only some 7 eleven's have, taqitos not available, a while ago I went in there and for their donuts hard as a rock.. well I guess here's another one I won't be going to.

They “updated” their pumps interface, and now they won’t take credit cards.I’ve gone twice since the update, and had to finally go in both times to pay inside.The pump says to pay inside or insert your card. I insert my card and then it prompts me to remove the card quickly. I remove the card and it asks if I’m using a debit card. I say no and it immediately says “transaction canceled.”There is no other way to pay at the pump. There is no option to initiate a credit card payment. It just tells you to insert your card and then cancels the transaction when you select that it is not a debit card.The worst part about it is that these pumps used to be my favorite pumps to stop at quickly. They were super fast and asked only one or two questions before you were pumping gas.This has been my go to gas station on the way to the highway for years. I will have to stop going until they can figure this out.

I go there frequently to get a giant cold brew vanilla coffee and maybe a sandwich in the morning. Employees always greet, and they all are friendly. Some of the pricing is a little high, but it's corporate, so whaddya gonna do?
