Inept staff, I wish there was another option for me to use. I am six months behind on my medication that provides quality of life due to Cigna and Accredo.

My first time dealing with Accredo was horrible . Agree generally with other reviews. Had to give same information five times and waste 15 minutes doing so. Second and third interactions were much better. Got my refills processed without a hitch.

Doesn't surprise me this place has 149 review and a 1.1 star rating. Worker was super rude and could care less when I needed these meds. Unfortunately, this is the only pharmacy where my insurance coverage works for these medications therefore, I'm going to have to pay far more to get them somewhere else! Unbelievable!!
