As soon as we walked in, a dog of one of the EMPLOYEES jumped on us and left me a horrible scratch. This was not a service dog and this was not professional what so ever. She just said "oh she jumps she's a puppy" and let her run around and jump on us. There could've been a child walking in instead of us...We came to get some glasses tightened and after it looked totally crooked LITERALLY. If I could I would give this place a no star review. Very upset about the scratch on my leg it stings.

Honestly the girls working at the front have no idea what’s going on, the doctor here got my prescription off by a whole point saying I was -1.75 when in reality I went somewhere else and it was -2.50. Don’t recommend had nothing but problems over the years, go spend a little more money for a much better experience elsewhere.

My husband and daughter got 6pairs of glasses we had Risa as our sales staff, she was excellent. I recommend her ! 9609 East County Line Road suite A2.Ask for Risa she is so helpful ...

Dr. Theodore listened to my concerns and helped me with my eye sensitivity and vision changes. He was knowledgeable and competent. I highly recommend getting an eye exam with him.Also, the eye exam plan at America's best is affordable and has served me well for many years.

America's worst office. The office Tech staff needs to go through customer service training. I took my elderly mother in for her annual exam and purchased new glasses. The Tech who prescreened was so unfriendly. She was more worried on drinking her coffee and checking her phone than doing her job. The day I took my mother back to pick up her glasses. The front Tech was so rude and didn't even greet us. She looked up and acted so put out by our presence. She handed my mother her glasses and didn't even offer to adjust it. I told her it will need to be adjusted. She walked over a machine, took a few seconds to adjust the back and handed it back and went back to sitting at her desk. Why not take the customer to an open desk which no other customers was there except for my mother and I, have them try it on than adjust it accordingly. My mother and I walked out. I told her I will take you elsewhere to get your glasses adjusted. I would not recommend this location, not even my worst enemy. Terrible customer service!!!

Most definitely not “Americas Best,” ironically enough. Not only were the staff intentionally covering up that they released our prescription (which we paid for) over to the wrong person; they tried a demeanor to further avoid their mistake. Taking responsibility for your actions is a simple standard for adulthood, something they lack of here at this “establishment.” Unfortunately to add insult to injury the staff did not make an effort to right their wrongs and instead laughed it off and discharged us as patients.

Jessica is a saint and needs a raise!! She's helped me out so so much and has gone over and above to help me be satisfied! So far they have been super helpful and nice!! I definitely trust this place!!! Thanks Jessica!!!!!!

I booked an appointment for Saturday and it was cancelled because “the doctor had an emergency situation”. I of course without any issues rescheduled for Monday at 5:20pm. I was running a few minutes late to my appointment on Monday but I called at 5:26pm letting them know I would be about 6 more mins late but I would be there and they immediately said I had to reschedule my appointment claiming I was 10mins late. I asked for lenience since I was so understanding when they had to fully reschedule and the doctor refused to see my daughter. I arrived exactly 12mins late and they were ready to dismiss me, doctor looking right at us. Super rude. Never going back, would never recommend.

I just had a terrible experience here. Only 2 members of the staff were friendly everyone else treated me and my husband like trash. Never in my life have I ever had such terrible customer service, I was so upset my husband and I decided to walk out without finishing our appointment. Will never come back, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Hubby went in today to get glasses for him and my son. They waited 45 mins after Eye exam, NEVER WALKED OUT WITH GLASSES! Poor poor customer service

I had a good experience with them overall.I went there to get glasses, they booked my appointment with no issues and took around 30 min to get a prescription. Came back one week later to get my glasses.I would suggest that whenever a customer walks-in greet them right away, don’t wait to finish your conversations with coworkers and leave the customers standing for 1-5 minutes without acknowledging them. That happened to me twice.Secondarily, the doctor please be kinder and gentler. It would make patients feel less stressed and more comfortable.Thank you!

I took my eye exam 14 days ago. I was told that my glasses would be ready within 2 weeks. I answered all the questions, and had everything ordered and sent through, so I thought. 2 days ago I finally got a phone call from America's Best eyewear, and they said that my glasses were on hold. I asked "what do you mean?", and they said they didn't know if I wanted AR coating or not. I had already answered this question originally when I ordered my glasses two weeks earlier. I told them no, I do not need the AR coating and that my glasses were supposed to be ready in 2 days. They said they will send them out, and be here in about 10 days. It is stupid that they can't remember what I answered to their questions, and even dumber that if they did have a question for me that they weren't sure about, why did they wait 12 days to ask instead of calling me the next day.

More like America’s worst!!!! Stay away like the other reviews say. I scheduled an appointment to get contacts and glasses. First thing out of the eye doctors mouth is where is your previous prescriptions? I wasn’t told to bring them in when I was making the appointment and I asked why she needed them and her reply was “so that way it’s easier for me to find where you are at and make this quicker for me.” After getting my prescriptions for my glasses they are completely way off and which they had to reorder my glasses because the “lab” kept messing up. The eye doctor here is a joke! And to make it easier and quicker for her I highly recommend going somewhere else that cares for what you need.

If you are a person that wears glasses or contacts, you know that eventually you have to go for an eye exam every few years. Recently my glasses broke, so I decided to come here to get a new pair. The eye exam was quick and effortless and all the staff at this location were friendly and professional. After the exam I was able to pick out a few frames and I was happy with the selection and when my glasses came in a few days later, the same level of professionalism was given. Everything was quick, complete, and hassle free.
