I highly suggest avoiding this company at all costs. They are abusive lenders. If you are one day late on a payment, they will start calling you and harassing you and telling you that you’re a liar and a loser. This is an absolute nightmare company to deal with.

Problem the worst credit unions I have ever worked with. They were charging me fees during my auto loan without calling me or emailing me. Especially after I moved saying they mailed me documents. I provided documents they requested which was proof of insurance. They said they would refund me which never happened. I have been now going back and forth with them then I checked again on my auto loan which I found out they were charging me fees again even though I ALREADY GAVE THEM the information for proof of insurance..3k in fees!

Your staff was extremely helpful. Your online applications on the otherhand are ridiculous. I had to call 4 times to access anything. Finally gave up and just call the office again to make my payment. Why do you need 2 usernames and 2 passwords just to pay the loan payment. Finally got on the app. Logged out then tried to log in again and again was locked out. Stating the information was invalid. In the age of technology it shouldn't be that difficult.I talked to 3 different people and all were trying their best to help me. It wasn't the personnel it was your app. It definitely needs to be more user friendly. Wesley was especially helpful. I am not completely tech illiterate but I am definitely not tech savvy.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with Bill pay causing a late payment on my car loan. The lady that helped me to begin with I didn't get her name I wish I did, told me what I needed to move forward as I was completely stressed out. I had to leave the branch and come back. I came back and waited while she helped the guest in front of me. Her computer had decided to stop working so she had Joe Wilson help me. A day later Joe called me to let me know he had received the letter of good faith I had emailed him and that my payment finally showed up. He even offered to help me set up bill pay through the credit union itself. He had sent me the link to the site I needed to sign up at. I will be transferring my accounts over all because of the way I was treated. Thank you 2 so much for a superb job well done!!

Started a new bank account with ACC recently - was quick and easy to set up. Great explanations of the terms and conditions I was signing up for. The employees there are friendly as well.

This is not my bank. Or at least that's what I keep telling myself every time I try to use this branch. The reminder keeps me from losing it and to laugh at just how pathetic it is.I have an account with a different credit union, and as all the credit unions in Colorado have affiliation agreements, I'm able to use this location without fees. In addition, it's a ten-minute walk from my house so in theory, it's relatively convenient.Its location is really the only thing convenient though, as it's not open on Saturdays. Moreover, the ATM is only accessible during bank hours (I'm not sure that the owners of the branch understand the purpose of an ATM. It's to access funds when the bank is closed, not to replace a teller.) Indeed, if one needs cash in the evening, a visit to a 7-11 is necessary-- so basically give up or risk cholera.The only reason that I'm giving this branch a two-star rating is that it has a bike u-lock cinching its outer doors when it's closed. It makes me laugh every time I try to use the bank because it's so small town, and I wonder who would trust them to keep their money safe when a fourteen-year old bike thief could get through their barrier in less than a minute (Seriously. It's not even a particularly good lock.)This branch belongs in the middle of some rural town where one went to high school with all the tellers and never needs cash after five pm because there's nothing to do. It's just tragic. And I'm so glad it's not my bank.

The website says you’re close at 5:30 but if you make a phone call at 4:30 that says you’re close it makes no sense so what happens like me I have an emergency and I know there’s people there but nobody will answer the phone bad business bad business

I've been with ACU for about 8 months now and they've already done more for me in that time than Wells Fargo did in 3 years. I seriously cannot overstate how much better this institution is that WF.Anyways, they managed to get me a credit card as well as some tips to improve my credit and a small loan. All in all I am SO GLAD I moved my account here and really appreciate ACU and their staff.
