Make sure you check all your vehicles taken by this scam of a repossession company they will say their videos don’t show they did anything wrong and deny any damages done to your assets. Bring video from home cameras etc and your appointment time doesn’t matter your time isn’t a concern to them any more than your property.

They repo'd my car without notification AND they told me that I had missed my "first" payment even though they've been accepting payment for the past couple of months. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I was desperate for a vehicle and they took full advantage of it. They even said they would fix the windshield and 4 months later, it was repo'd with the same **** crack I drove off the lot with. Their "kindness" is a ploy...it's a part of their strategy to get you to buy crappy cars that have issues the moment you drive off. TL;DR - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE FOOLS! EDIT #2: Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the director of finance was rude and attempted to intimidate me by saying their local PD has my name. Me and my boyfriend made an apoitment to do a test drive, its took us 30 min to get there, got very upset, cause they were trying to sell you car without even look on it, they asked us to pull out credit history right you getting there, why i have to give all my personal information whithout even know if i want to buy that particular vehicle without driving it, that's very unprofessional and sketchy. I suspect there is fraudulent situation going on around the dealership, never gonna go back!!!

This place is a joke! Drive all the way up to look at a car that's supposedly perfect. Upon arrival and looking at car notice painted on front end and appears to be wrecked and repaired. Ask to test drive car and tell me must do paperwork to purchase before. Seems like a shady dealer, I'd run as fast away as possible. Don't waste your time with these crooks!

We had an AWFUL experience with the sales staff at this place. We made arrangements to buy a car and when we discovered parts were broken they refused to fix the issue or refund us money. I actually had to ask if I needed to call the police to come to the yard and help get the check out of the man's hand because he literally would not hand it back to us. I had to leave the lot, call management, and come to pick up the check on a separate day. The entire time I was a ball of nerves that they were going to cash my check and tell me to buzz off.
