Horrible experience, I will never be back. When you make an apt for your vehcile to be looked at, that apt is for the drop off not to have work done. They expect you to leave the vehcile there for several days and will leave you without a vehcile. But they will so graciously rent you a vechile, while they require your vehcile to just sit around. Go some place else.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment online, have my Jeep worked on while I caught up on some work in their waiting area and ultimately very happy about the service and staff!

Now I know why I stopped taking my jeep here to be serviced. They are a joke! We took our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee there because the engine light came on and O’Reily’s told us it was misfiring. We initially took it to a trusted mechanic and were told there were some things that needed to be checked out and we had to take it to Jeep in order for the vehicle protection plan to cover it.
We dropped it off for our scheduled appointment and they kept it for seven days and then sent us an email which told us nothing was wrong with it and we should wait for a call to arrange a pick up.of course that call never came and I had to go trough hoops just to get through to someone at the actual service center. We called nearly every day for an update but rarely were able to speak with a live person. We had to rent a car and pay them $300 for their ‘testing.” Over $1200 later and the most horrible and unprofessional experience our engine light is back on and now the stop/start feature is having issues.
When I asked why they kept it for 7 days the answer I was given was one of their techs had COVID and they were doing the best they could. What!?!? So I’m out $1200 because your tech was out sick? How is that my problem??? Utterly ridiculous and I will NEVER EVER take my car there again. You don’t deserve my business and I regret buying my $45K Jeep from your dealership. I wouldn’t recommend you if you were the last service center on the face of the earth.
Thank you for wasting our valuable time, causing us to throw $1200 down the drain and putting us in the position where we now have to take our jeep in again and likely rent another freaking car.
For all you unsuspecting consumers please stay away from this service center.

Not only does Jeep AutoNation have the best vehicles in town, they have the best sales and management team in town. If you haven’t bought a vehicle from these guys your missing out.

On the positive side, the safety recall work on my Jeep Wrangler's clutch was completed within a week (as promised) and the vehicle seems to be running fine. And I'd expect there will be no issues related to the oil change and tire rotation done at the same time. But what bothers me a bit is that I had an "appointment" for 7:45 on a Monday morning and my Jeep sat in their parking lot until Wednesday before the clutch work started. Why did they want the Jeep before they were ready to work on it? And while it is true that MOPAR will reimburse you up to $45 a day for a rental, there are no rentals that inexpensive in the area. So, making appointments when AutoNation has the people and parts to do the job would be a nice improvement. The customer's time is valuable, too.

Samuel Lau and Mason Sheveland were great to work with. Definitely ask for them if you’re looking to buy a jeep!

I leased my jeep 4xe last Novermber ( less then a year ago ) and it has around 5k miles on it. Brought it to oil change and asked them to look at something is dripping just a little on the bottom. They found out that the gasket on transmission needs to be replaced. Also, they refilled my window washer fluid. I came home and found out that windwasher fluid is leaking as well and pretty fast compared to the other dripping. When the gasket showed up next week, I came to the appointment to replace it and let them know about the window washer fluid leaking. Solution was to combine my appointments and come back in 3 days on the weekend when I have time and don't have to skip work. Hoping that they can figure it out tomorrow so I do not have to come back again during next week.

Friendly staff. Quick buying process. 3rd vehicle I've purchased here. I recommend this dealership.

Routine service visits are solid. However, my most recent visit included a warranty concern (2022 Gladiator) - assessment took 2 days, the attempted fix didn't work and required to schedule again once the parts for the next attempted fix arrive. I'll be out of my vehicle for 3+days, no loaner, out of pocket for rides to/from ANCJASC and the time/inconvenience. Seems harder than it needs to be.

BUYER BEWARE!!! RUN ANYWHERE, BUT HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! If it were possible, I'd give 0 stars. Hands down, the absolute bottom of the barrel for ANY dealer that you can possibly purchase a vehicle from. Do yourself a favor, go to ANY other Autonation dealership, and pay for the transfer fee. Autonation has gotten my business for more than 10 vehicles, but I will choose to walk until my feet bleed before handing Jeep Arapahoe a single cent.

After a scheduling mess up on my part, Henry got me situated and got my Jeep up and running again. Really appreciate you working with me to get me moving.
