Went in a few days ago to get a rear tail light replaced. I worked with Darnell in parts. GREAT guy. Was knowledgeable, helpful, and came out from behind the desk to make sure I didn't have any other lights out so we could get any replacements done all at once. He also gave me a few good tips and advice on buying another pare, in addition to showing me how to replace the light myself, but said the dealership would happily help me too. He cared about helping me, was nice and helpful in the process, and I WILL be returning as a result of working with him. Nice job, Darnell.

See UPDATE BELOW---Horrible experience w service team. Car has been there over a week, left msgs with Brey, William and Austin, still No One has reached out to let me know diagnostic results for my vehicle I purchased in April that has already become undriveable... Feeling reallll lemony and suspect.. I know theres some nationwide issue they are encountering but courtesy call instead of leaving customer in the dark for over a week wouldve been appreciated. Would not recommend. And Alissa is rude AF. That's all. May update review, probably won't...this has been horrible customer service.....
Update:
Finally William returned my call after I left another message today... Just to tell me they haven't diagnosed anything in the 8 days my vehicle has been there leaving me waiting with nothing. Suggestion? Tow it to a Chevy dealer.. what a nightmare these people become when you have an issue with the car THEY sold to you. Ugh. I don't even want oil changes or anything from these lazy, inconsiderate, bums.

I submitted the request to the email noted in your response and am awaiting feedback further. Still highly upset and disgruntled. More feedback soon.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Autonation Jeep Chrysler 22 May 24.
This experience was night and day from what I initially encountered with Autonation Subaru! I was greeted outside, then escorted inside and matched to an outstanding sales staff Ian & Paul. I ended up working with Paul, who added that personal/professional touch welcomed me in the space, heard my needs/concerns on a cash purchase, since this vehicle would be utilized to service a higher end clientèle for my lux car service. After we went through all the information, he came up with a few solid solutions. We agreed on the vehicle, I was set to purchase. During a three hour period, Paul & his team made sure refreshments and updates were quickly communicated as they came in.... Unfortunately, the Audi Q7 Paul diligently worked to get over to his Autonation Subaru branch to close the deal, hit an unforseen snag... I can't get into all the details right now.... Although I regret not making this purchase with Autonation Subaru.
As a Veteran, I'm grateful that I got a chance to experience genuine quality
service amongst the Subaru team members & Paul. I needed to shine a light on Paul & the Subaru team! If it wasn't for this experience with Autonation Subaru...after the unique experience & deficitI I incurred with Autonation Jeep Chrysler I don't have anything kind or appropriate to say.... I do believe they did not meet & or exceed the company's mission statement from start til yesterday when my Q7 was returned!!

Sales experience was fine. We purchased a used vehicle and was upsold on the Gold level extended warranty. Within 13000 miles the transmission failed. Warranty company stated it was the dealerships fault. Dealership said it was an outside factor. So the warranty was worthless and we had to pay the full amount. Within a few weeks, the car completely failed again. Subaru thinks it might be a wire harness and alternator. Once again, warranty company is denying the claim. Avoid Auto Nation Subaru used cars and warranties.

Absolutely blown away with my experience at Autonation Subaru Arapahoe!!! ***** and ****** got me the absolute best deal for my trade in and not only that, they were willing to negotiate with me on a number of different things to get me at my desired monthly payment!I cant stress enough, please go to this location if youre in the market for a new Subaru!! And even better, work with ***** and ****** for the best experience possible! I appreciate you guys so much and I will continue to spread the word about you guys here!

I bought a used car from them worth 40,000 and during the warranty period I took it twice to have the brakes, suspension, and electrical details repaired, twice I lost days of work resulting in loss of money so that the next day Tell me that nothing was done to the vehicle. This was the second car I bought with Subaru and this time I think it was the last. I was very well attended by their Latino employees, but their repair area is very inefficient. Completely dissatisfied with this issue

I purchased a 2024 Outback 2 weeks ago. The sales team really worked with me to make the car exactly how I wanted and worked with me on the price. I was pleasantly surprised at the trade in price of my older Subaru. Finally there is inventory on the lot and sales reps who really want to sell you a car. Shout out to Bryan my rep and Dylan one of the managers- they were easy to work with and worked hard to make the sale.

The worst experience ever in a dealership or service, took my car for a oil change and tire rotation, get the call telling me that my car is now not working and they would have to push it out of the way because it will not turn on and cannot service it. Got to speak with the manager about the situation and now they say my car have multiple computer communication problems and that they don't have an answer or diagnostic for me; they use a jumper and do stuff that wasn't required for the service that i ask, make my car not functional. The car was working perfectly fine with no prior issues and now we are out of a car that we were going to use for a travel in the next coming days.

Bought my outback here in 2020 and every service I've ever needed has been through auto nation Subaru on Arapahoe. Huge spacious waiting room, free coffee/tea, ample seating.. overall a very comfortable and open waiting area. Never felt like I was pressured into anything from by buying experience to the services I get done here. Everyone is super friendly and available to answer any questions & listen to any concerns.Before I bought my outback I had a 2011 forester and I brought that in to a Groove Subaru because it was making a whining noise, they told me it was totaled but I didn't think that was right, she was a great car, took her to auto nation Subaru and they tightened a belt and she was fixed!The people here really care about the cars and the people. Highly recommend (and I do to all my other Subaru driving coworkers)
