Isaac was a terrific responsive sales professional and Destiny, the finance manager, made the process smooth and easy. Love the fact that we had a minor issue resolved by service and they called an Uber to take us home. I’ve dealt with a prominent Cadillac dealer for years and they have never offered a loaner or a ride. We were so appreciative!!!!!

I purchased a used Honda CR-V and worked with Jakob in sales and Marc Dibella to complete the paperwork. I had done a lot of research and knew what I wanted and what I didn't want, I also knew what my trade-in was worth and they offered a reasonable amount (I could have sold privately for a little more but didn't want the hassle). They removed charges for upsells I had no interest in and Marc helped me with getting a discount on an extended warranty once I asked for additional possible discounts. I felt heard and respected. When we had a minor issue arise with the vehicle the very next day, Jakob was responsive and helpful with the problem solving. This is my first purchase from an AutoNation dealership and so far, it's been a very positive experience. I recommend them. Note, as with any large ticket item like this - do your research before going in, know what other vehicle and purchase options are out there and know what you can afford.

I had the best experience during this visit, the mechanic went above and beyond to finish my car quicker than I had hoped.
Jacleen Garcia, the service personnel was unbelivably great. Best customer service ever received. She restored my faith in Autonation, and Jeep.

This was hands down the worst car-buying experience of my life—and I’ve been buying and trading in cars my entire adult life. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever. From the start, things were off. My son and I were walking the lot, looking for his first car. Not a single employee approached us. We wandered around completely unacknowledged until my son found a car he loved. Reluctantly, we went inside and waited for someone to assist us. Eventually, I had to stop someone myself and ask for a test drive. In hindsight, we should have left right then. But my son was excited about this car. From that point on, everything went downhill. We had a slightly unusual situation—my son’s father, who lives in North Carolina, was co-signing the loan. Apparently, this was uncharted territory for the dealership. When the paperwork was sent to NC for notarization, my son’s father signed it under the assumption that the deal was as discussed. Upon reviewing the documents more closely, he noticed a $5,000 warranty added to the deal—something we had clearly declined. He immediately told the notary to cancel the paperwork. When we asked to have the warranty removed, we were told, “Well, you signed for it.” Except—we hadn’t. We had specifically said we didn’t want it. Then came the registration issue. We were told the car would have to be registered in North Carolina because the co-signer lives there. At first, we were told it would be no big deal—we could just re-register in Colorado next year. But the more I thought about it, the more red flags popped up. I lived in NC for 16 years—I know a car must pass an emissions test before you can even get plates. So I asked, “Does my son need to drive to NC just to get an emissions test?” They didn’t have an answer. Either they hadn’t considered this, or they just didn’t care. At that point, I made it clear we couldn’t move forward unless the warranty was removed and the car could be registered in Colorado. They claimed it wasn’t possible to remove the warranty now, but told me I could call in a month and request a refund. They also said they found a “loophole” to allow Colorado registration. By now, my son was emotionally invested in this car. He really wanted it. So, despite all the red flags, I agreed to jump through their hoops. When we finally picked up the car, things got even more ridiculous. My son drove it home, then came inside and said he couldn’t figure out how to lock it. That’s when I saw the key—a basic aftermarket valet key. For a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. We spent 30 minutes trying everything possible to lock the car, including pulling off the plastic cover to use the key manually. Nothing worked. I texted the salesperson, who casually informed me that’s the only key the car came with. So either the car had been sitting on the lot completely unlocked, or there’s a key fob somewhere they didn’t give us. The dealership was closed on Sunday, so I returned on Tuesday. When I explained the issue to a salesperson, he immediately blamed me for not noticing sooner—as if I’d even been handed the key to inspect. Then, of course, came the condescending questions: “Did you try pushing the lock button and shutting the door?” Seriously? Eventually, he confirmed the car couldn’t be locked and told me I could go to the Hyundai dealership myself and order a key fob—and then they’d reimburse me.
How is that customer service? We gave them $2,000 cash down, financed my son’s first car with them, and they can’t even pick up the phone and order a proper key fob for a car that should’ve had one before it was ever on the lot? And to top it all off—they tried to upsell us on an anti-theft device…for a car that doesn’t even lock. Oh, and we still haven’t received a voucher for the emissions test, or any paperwork regarding gap insurance or the warranty. I sincerely regret ever stepping foot on that lot.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for my car and was out in an hour. I was able to sit, drink coffee, and do some work while I waited in their convenient and comfortable waiting area. Thomas was very helpful and provided me with frequent updates. Fully satisfied!
