Went in to close an account. Manager argued with me, called me a liar, and threatened to call the police and get me trespassed FOR TRYING TO CLOSE MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT.

Terrible bank while closing the account. The bank kept charging service fee even though we had six figures in the accounts.

Completely agree with all of the bad reviews below. I am a high balance customer and not only the transition from BBVA was a nightmare but everything else is a nightmare. They fired all of the knowledgable previous employees ad replaced them with people who know nothing and don't even make believe they want to be helpful. I went a full year without online access to my high balance account. Spent hours in the bank and with customer service line trying to resolve. You could not possible make up what a nightmare this bank is. Planning on changing banks.

Horrible customer service, joseph- who said he was a manager was frustrated because they didn't have much cash so when I wanted to pull cash out he became irate and started yelling, completely uncalled for, bbva was a great bank but since pnc took over its been nothing but issues, highly advise you to bank somewhere else.... im in the process of switching right now

I'm on DAY TWELVE of having no access to my business account. Takes the staff 25 minutes to process an address change and they act put off by having to do their jobs. The conversion from BBVA to PNC has been an absolute nightmare, I'm closing my accounts!!! ✌️

They will gladly open a new account for you, BUT THAT'S IT! Every time I have tried to do business with PNC, it is a huge hassle and never works out right.

Tatiana helped me over the phone with looking at a pending transaction, she also took the concern of my usual BBVA I use on Broadway. I couldn’t reach them so I called the next nearest Bbva and informed Tatiana that the phone prompt was stating the Broadway location was closed. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

I walked into this bank to ask the manager a question, was meet with rudeness not only from the teller but manager themself. A bald heavy black gentleman just started saying no to me before I can even get my question off and rushed me out of the establishment. Honestly the worst banking experience I've ever had and will never be banking with bbva because of the reason that if a new curious customer can get treated this way, then I can only expect what there day to day customers deal with. Horrible people and atrocious behavior towards everyone that isn't there co worker.
