This Brakes Plus just gained a life long customer!!!
And I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
I had some work done on my car by a different company and let’s just say, it was below standard, and unsafe.
I went to Brakes Plus hoping they could help fix whatever the last company did to my car, and they not only fixed the issue, actually “issues”, but they exceeded my expectations with their exemplary customer service. I felt like I had known them for years. Not only were they transparent, honest and just GOOD caring people, but Joselynn actually recommended I change my tires as they were super low on tread going into winter. I knew they were but I just didn’t want to part with money. I thought about the safety of my children being in my car and said let’s do it. So whilst I was there, John said if I call up Discount Tire, we can run the wheels over to them and have them changed whilst my brakes were being done. John offered to take me in his personal vehicle to get these tires of mine done, because it was EASIER FOR ME! I mean talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND!
I had new rotors, brake pads, alignment, windshield wipers and an oil change done and my god, my car feels brand new again, and most of all, SAFE!!
Ben worked on my car and he was such a GOOD person and technician.
Whilst I was there for around 5 hours getting all of this done, I would overhear customers coming in saying how other places are charging them ridiculous prices and services, and can they check it out. One of the customers for example I spoke to said a place was quoting around $5000 for some work, Brakes Plus found the issue and it wouldn’t cost nowhere near $5000, also the issue they quoted wouldn’t have even really fixed it. These days we need to take care of our money, people ripping us off left right and center.
John, Joselynn, Ben and team will have your back. If you want to pay a good price and know it’s good quality work by people WHO ACTUALLY CARE, trust me and go see them!!!
John, Joselynn and Ben, thank you for doing what you did today. You all are a breath of fresh air.

Great experience. Competitive pricing. Got tires rotated and an oil change- - no issues with my brakes. John, the manager seems to have created a positive working environment as employees seemed relaxed, friendly and happy to help customers. The guy who handed me my keys smiled and wished me safe travels.

Initially I went to the brakes plus on Arapahoe and Yosemite because Big O tires said I needed to replace my rotors but quoted me $700 for just that service, amoung another $2000 worth of work. The Yosemite location told me my brakes were good, but I needed a drive belt, and quoted me about $200 for the service. When I went to pick up my car they told me they couldn't replace the drive belt because of my vehicle model, but sent me to this location. The first brakes plus technically gave me a lower quote then what would normally be done for my car, but this location honored the quote. They also didn't pressure me into any other service like replacing my air filters which was nice! Very accommodating and overall great customer service.

I took my car to Brake Plus for service, and unfortunately, they damaged my vehicle. I’m very disappointed with the way my car was handled. The damage was not there before I brought it in. I’m attaching a photo to show what happened. I expected professional care, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves the way they treat customers’ cars.

I brought my car in because I was hearing a strange rubbing noise from the front end. It didn’t sound like the usual brake or rotor issue, but thought I would start here.
The team was beyond helpful from the start. They took the car for a test drive, immediately suspected it wasn’t brake-related, and got it up on the lift to do a full inspection. They removed all four tires, checked everything thoroughly, and even helped diagnose what might be a bigger issue outside their scope and shared a few recommendations of where to go.
What impressed me most was how genuine, friendly, and professional everyone was — and they did all of this within an hour of me walking in, completely free of charge (even after I insisted on paying).
I can’t recommend this Brakes Plus team enough. They earned every one of these five stars — top-notch service and people you can truly trust!

Went here months ago to deal with some brake pads and rotors that weren’t ideally installed by another place. Main issue was loud squeak when breaking at low speed. They were able to fix it and also cut off a loose plastic piece attached to the bumper that was rubbing against the tires and also blocking an O2 sensor after a few attempts. Although not all issues were resolved after my first stop they were patient and motivated to work with me to resolve the issue. This is excellent service.

my Jeep Liberty really needed an oil change, I scheduled it through the website for the next day Oct 2,2025. Young Lady who greeted me at the Register was soo nice , welcoming and clear with the time delay I would be facing. I live around the corner but felt like I wanted to hang out in their waiting lounge, while I read my book and went through emails. My car was taken care of and I believe his name is Jameson , he was very clear on how my car most likely has some leaks and would print a quote for me if im interested in targeting the issue and solving it. He is a really nice man and what I loved was that I was not pressured to do anything just pure advice , so this is something I will be adressing soon, thank you Brakes Plus!
