DON’T GIVE THESE GUYS BUSINESS!
I walked out without renting a car for several reasons:
1. While I was waiting, the guy behind the counter got into verbal arguments, that almost turned physical, with not one, but 2 different potential customers.
2. I stopped in to verify in person the rental rate and that they would have a car for me the following day. Even though the budget website said they had 12 cars available and my price per day would be $24, he said no cars available and he could only rent the 1 they had at that moment for over 2x more cost.
3. Guy behind the counter was very gruff and made no effort to reconcile the website info I was given and what he was offering me, even when I showed him the website page with all the quotes for his location.
It felt like negotiating with a street vendor in Baghdad, to be honest, accent and all. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Rented the truck this morning, found dog poop, brought back to be cleaned, dog poop and other items still left after being “cleaned.” Corporate is cool with this, I just feel bad for the employees that are forced to suck up the hate from “shitty” policies.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Rented twice from this location, and each experience was a nightmare. 1st time the truck wasn't ready and it took 2 hours to get out of there. This 2nd time they also didn't have it together, and I had to hitch the trailer to the truck myself because they didn't have anyone competent available to do it. As soon as I left the facility, the check engine light went off, and i had to turn back to exchange the truck. The 2nd truck they gave me also had a check engine light when I left, and they didn't have a 3rd replacement. I had plans to move out of my storage units and relocate to Atlanta, but all that went down the drain, and I was terribly inconvenienced. I lost money due to a flight out here for the moveto get my stuff, hotel costs that were also a waste, I had to extend my storage unit rental another month, along with wasted time and the time I had to take off work for this. I reserved this rental 2 weeks in advance so theres no excuse for the inability to have these rentals prepared the day before. They couldn't do anything to reimburse my costs and couldn't even get me a ride share back to my hotel for the inconvenience. This place is trash, and it shows by their poorly maintained facility. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS.

Went to rent a truck here and was mislead from what I was told over the phone and then on top of it the people at the counter were rather rude. I don't think I'll ever return to this location.

On January 13th, I showed up to my reservation on time at 10am at the Englewood location 80110. The guy handling my reservation was clearly not prepared and fiddled around with different van keys for 20 minutes into my reservation. When he finally found a van, I handed him my card and he said “sorry no pre-paid cards.” I read the agreement after the fact, and it doesn’t say “no prepaid cards would be accepted.” I was still charged $150 (on my prepaid card, mind you), for a “cancellation fee”. I didn’t cancel, he canceled. I made 6 trips back and forth that day moving, and then to be charged a $150 fee is nothing short of a scam. I called customer service 4 times today, refused a refund 3 times, then finally someone folded and refunded me my money.

My partner and I were trying to rent a car and we made a reservation,we drove about 2 hours to pick up the car, when we arrived not only did they not have the car we reserved ,but the women at the desk was extremely rude,and when we asked to upgrade she said that there was nothing she could do to help we told her OK we’ll take the car that you have,and then she wanted 3 ideas plus the drivers license

Worse service ever got our truck needed an oil change even before leaving. Crack in the windshield and the whole front end shook going over 40 mph. After returning the truck we got charged 1200 dollars with no reason behind it. Worst company ever!! Do not go through them!

D class service. If you have to think about whether you allow a paying customer to use the restroom I’d rather not do business with you. Not only that, customer service sucks in the first place. I’m not sure what nationality, obviously not American, and too entitled to not speak a lick of English. Will never EVER Do business again

Reserved a truck for moving across country a couple months prior to the move. The day we were supposed to pick up the truck, they told us they didn’t have the one we reserved available. The closest truck in the size we reserved was a four hour round trip away - we cancelled with them and went with another company. Budget attempted to take a $150 from my credit card today for a no show fee…after we told them we went with another company. Will never use this incompetent company again.

Garbage service and long wait times. Complete waste of time. Online said they accept after hour drop off which was a straight lie.
