Caliber on Darthmouth all the employees were very kind, professional and considerate. Their service was outstanding. Didn’t have any issues with Caliber. The only issue I had was with my insurance company which had nothing to do with Caliber but they did go out of their way to help me with my insurance company which.

I'm very pleased with the thoroughness and expediency of the repair work done at Caliber Englewood. I have a Mercedes Benz SUV and the front end was damaged from road debris on I-25. Once the replacement parts were ordered and had arrived, the Englewood store brought it in and got to work. All the sensors had to be recalibrated, there was some painting required, several pieces of the front bumper and fender had to be replaced and the alignment was checked. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and Jesse kept me informed throughout the repair process via text message. I was happily surprised when he informed me the following Tuesday that it would be ready for pick up that evening, so it just took a week! Since I was paying for a rental car, not my insurance company, I really appreciated that and I also had it back before the Thanksgiving Holiday - another plus! Jesse had them wash it, including the interior car mats, and they vacuumed the inside. It was clean and in great shape when I got it back. I highly recommend the Englewood Caliber Collision shop and can't say enough about Jesse and his crew.

Very impressed. I love the lifetime warranty. They didn’t appear to cut any corners on the repairs. They even got the exact same tires for us.

Make sure to watch and check your final bills. We are dealing with a collections agency now because of an error on Caliber's end. And, they have not been responsive to fix the issue. We were given a final bill of $1,000 to fix my husband's truck (which looks great and that part went well). Everything after that has been a nightmare. We paid the final bill and a month later were sent a letter from a collections agency stating we owe $164. We've tried repeatedly to contact Caliber. They never sent us a bill for $164. When we picked up the truck the bill said we owed $1,000. Now, we've been dealing with collections to get this off my record. Caliber eventually said they would send the corrected amount and it has been three weeks and we have not received email communication with a corrected bill or a letter. It's quite bad form to send someone to collections when you never billed them accurately in the first place and then to be unresponsive. Won't go here again.

Caliber Collision made my car repairs easy, it was fast, everyone there was friendly and professional. Also, I could drop off the Entetprise rental car at Caliber! So easy! Highly recommend this shop!

I was treated kindly, the staff was very communicative. When the first bumper came in damaged they called me right away to let me know which I greatly appreciated because I was paying for my own rental car and had to make preparations. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, 5 stars from me!

I had to have work done on my new car and was very nervous about it. Cassie was a rockstar assuring me that the job would be done and done right. Getting your car damaged is one those life things that there is never a good time for it to happen. But, Caliber made it seamless. I mostly dealt with Cassie and Rocco at this location even though there was obviously a team of talented professionals that made the vehicle look new again.
Excellent communication, the work was done earlier than expected but I didn’t feel like the time estimate was “padded” to make that happen- approximate times are posted on the wall. They handled all of the rental car details and the whole process was seamless.
